So today (1st May 🤷) is the start of fybromyalgia awareness month something ive suffered with for 5 yrs now & obv something that affects my mental health so something i feel strongly about.
Would love to connect with others that suffee with this invisible illness, as i know there are lots.

Just a few ideas to keep us active and positive while schools closed while working from home (not to mention working out where to get your food as you didnt stockpile 🙄😂)

Just a few other silhouettes ive been working on. It takes a lot of time to cut and w**d out the bits you want removing but i find it really calming as ive to focus on it, so its channelling my thoughts.

Spent all evening creating this image last night (the original concept was fm pinterest although not sure who to credit)
Going to play around with using my cricut to draw and cut and see what happens
I also sat adding gold paint to a large white mirror but think it looks a bit garish so may have to try and mute it with something. Whens its finished, im going to add my ikle poem onto the glass as a positive affirmation
