Update: i just made a version of this. Switched the cheesecake pudding for vanilla. Not fancy like ahe made just pb fit, pb chocolate protein shake and sugar free vanilla pudding blended with ice. So good. You gotta try it.

Good morning everyone! I'm so excited. I hit my next number goal. Down 35lbs. Slow and steady wins the race right? I don't focus heavily on the scale as I am weight training too and know I'm building muscle. Wins are also how I feel and how my clothes are fitting. Tonight is line dancing night at Touch of Texas. That and my lunch walk will be my fitness for today. What are you doing today to help reach your goals?
Good morning! I'm here at the gym starting my day in the best way possible. Alarm went off at 3. I hit snooze and almost stayed in bed. I had trouble falling asleep. Got up before my alarm rang again and said nope you're doing it. I know I will feel energized, have better focus for work and burn calories through the day. I always feel better when I'm finished. And...not gonna meet any goals laying in bed watching the clock. I hope you all have have an amazing day!
