Me and Brooke tag teamed this one!! Grilled salmon, grilled asparagus, some horseradish mashed potatoes, which were probably some of the best mashed potatoes I've ever had!! With a little pasta roni on the side. Freaking amazing!!

Tonight, I did some chicken marsala, and some roasted parmesan potatoes. Turned out pretty solid for my first time cooking it. Looking forward to trying it again soon!!

Took some clams, and mussels from a paella, and added some shrimp, and made a nice little seafood linguine!! It was real good!!

This was from a few hours ago, while I was watching kick England's ass like it was 1776!!! Anyway, this sandwich is a monster!! Toasted sourdough, ham, turkey, roast beef, harvarti, muenster, avocado, tomato, bacon, and a fried egg!! So damn good.

Whoa!!! This one was awesome!! Fried egg inside sourdough toast, with some avocado spread, and a potato/bell pepper/ham/onion hash on the side!! Awesome brunch!!

Not even sure what to call this one, I just kind of made it up!! Anyway, it's corn tortillas, layered with refried beans, Mexican rice, salsa Verde, pulled pork, and Jack cheese. Turned out SO much better than I expected. I can't wait to make it again.

It's been a couple weeks, but I forgot to post one of the new toys!! Bluetooth electric smoker. This thing does some work!! Can't wait to play with it some more.
