Marathons 3 & 4 in the books!🏃🏼♀️ Set a goal to run sub-2:45 in the marathon this year. I ran a 2:48 in October at Chicago and knew I had to give it one more shot before the year ended. Ran a 2:45:16 last weekend at CIM! Those 16 seconds will probably be responsible for my next marathon sign up😂 thanks to Brandon for running lots of miles with me this year🥰

For starters, we’re sisters! Annie is the older sister and Liv is the younger sister. We both live in the Midwest!
Annie is a Registered Dietitian and has a Masters degree in Nutrition. She works with everything from infant & toddler nutrition to adult & teen nutritional counseling! She’s the queen of all of the nutrition resources👌🏻 She’s also a mom and big foodie💗
Liv ran cross country and track in college for 5 years while getting her bachelors & masters degree! Now she spends lots of time running & training for marathons and experimenting in the kitchen👩🍳
