DEAR LIZAN:

I have faxed my letter to you. I am glad that you cared to open, read, and keep it in your possession. My heart is fueled, notwithstanding the shown results, that I never saw a single piece of our hardwork put into waste, literally.

In my attempt to raise the bar, I arrived at a bright idea of connecting it to the recent Manila Central Post Office fire blaze. Hence, the methodical dispense of an envelope containing an urgent message to call for action — to vote for someone, in my belief, rightful of the position.

If I must tell you, papers, to wit: the letter and the newspaper contained in the envelopes underwent a meticulous process. The sides of the letter were carefully burnt to bring a special touch of ashen border. It was so bespoken to a point that we printed out for every section, for every strand. The papers were damped with coffee to create a monochromatic harmony of brown effect for newspapers permeated with pertinent facts about the party, viz., the logo and its short explanation, the history of the party, bionotes of the party members, platforms presented in a single front-and-backed sheet.

Did my candidates look like mail men and women, a question I asked. It helped that I allowed them to use visors and black arm wears painted with their positions (left) and surnames (right). I printed an identification card which seemed like a National ID, or so I thought.

However, you have spoken through the votes of your G11 students. I was left with no choice but to carry on, continue to furnish you my message. Like novels in our school library, I am there ready for you to appreciate. Like words of hope written in bookmarks, I will exist only if you agree to my content.

Perhaps in their eyes I lost but I won in your hearts. Even if 150 students still have not read the letter, if prompted to act, one is enough and a validation that I delivered the message well.

I am SIKLAB Party, pardon me for the use of English, and now signs off. I will be memorialized in the halls of Lizan, in the letters you kept, in your hearts as you once heard us deliver the letter - message.
