The goal is to have every Notre Dame, TR Leger and Carleton Place High School grade 12 graduate sponsored and celebrated! Please post the names of graduates who need adoption and we will find you a match. Even better give us a brief description of the grad and future plans. If you adopt a grad type . This is meant as a way to celebrate their graduation ! Be creative with a gift to say “hey congratulations . ! “

hi everyone, its that time of year. I have had a few people reach out asking if they can pre adopt someone graduating who has been special in their lives. I cannot promise this but if you pm me we can try . ( makes it special for all) I will let it sit for a few more days before getting it started with posting of grads if you have any questions or requests. AS well as, if you have any gift card donations you may wish to donate.Pleases share and get ready to post !

That time of year is coming quickly! After chatting with a few graduating families, it was felt that the tradition of adopting was still a fun, exciting and something others wanted to do . Please stay tuned for upcoming posts but share with those from CPHS, Notre Dame, and T.R. Legier.
