Making Waves Sailing
Based in St George’s, Grenada, we offer Sailing Vacations and Eco Adventures thru the Windward Islands of the Caribbean Sea. Making Waves Sailing.
We are all about Making Waves! Our 46ft yacht literally makes waves as we explore the Caribbean Sea, and if we are lucky, dolphins come to play at the bow! We make waves in your life by inviting you to explore and learn new things. We love to inspire others to play, think and act in unison with the world we all share. We also sail and live by our values, minimizing the impact we have on the enviro

The 12 Best Things to Do in Grenada Find out the best things to do on the "Spice Island" of the Caribbean from rum tastings to diving.
The Carenage is a soft spot for us, a nostalgic, magical place that reminds us of our roots. ⠀
⠀
During the 1800’s, we would have heard the clattering of busy crew unloading the early morning goods, warehouse staff preparing to collect and organize the groceries and the streets filled with customers keen to buy the local fresh produce. The Carenage was Grenada’s hub of trade between the islands of the Caribbean. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
It was over 200 years ago that plantation owners brought highly skilled boat builders from Scotland over to Grenada to hand build the Sloops and Schooners you can see in our photos. These boats were the life line of Grenada. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Today bigger and faster vessels have taken over from our traditional wooden boats but we love to keep the heritage alive by using them for tourism and leisure. It’s so important to us to keep this art form alive, that is why we employ the original boat builders and boat builders children to crew and maintain our sloops and schooners. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
To all our customers, thank you for helping us keep our Grenadian history alive. ⠀⠀

Our Story
Making Waves Sailing. We are all about Making Waves! Our 46ft yacht literally makes waves as we explore the Caribbean Sea, and if we are lucky, dolphins come to play at the bow! We make waves in your life by inviting you to explore and learn new things. We love to inspire others to play, think and act in unison with the world we all share. We also sail and live by our values, minimizing the impact we have on the environment we love. We strive to protect the places where we play – that’s why we give special attention to science-based conservation. When we are not delighting our guests, we participate in gathering data for scientists to advance knowledge and participate in conservation activities in the Windward Islands.
We want to make waves in your world and around the world!
Making waves is a project of passion. We specialize in giving our guests a fun, safe, adventurous way to explore sailing and our ocean. We strive to protect the places we play by participating in local conservation activities - things like beach clean-ups, reef monitoring, and by working in cooperation with community organizations and businesses.
We are a crew of ocean loving sailors and we would like you to join us!
Let us inspire you for a day, for a week or longer!
wishing you warm winds and wild blessings,
Monique Mills
