The moment the sacramental rite of marriage transformed our lives forever! It’s been 8 years since that emotional and special day for both of us. Everything we have built over these 8 years of marriage is beyond my wildest dreams.

May Christ continue to be our fortress and may our love keep growing and bearing fruit.

Wherever God sends us, I will be there with you, my love, until my last breath!

Saint Josemaria Escrivá - Homily on Marriage, a Christian Vocation

“For a Christian, marriage is not just a social institution, and even less a remedy for human weaknesses: it is a true supernatural vocation. A great sacrament in Christ and in the Church, says Saint Paul, and at the same time, inseparably, a contract that a man and a woman establish forever. Whether we like it or not, the marriage instituted by Jesus Christ is indissoluble: a sacred sign that sanctifies, an action of Jesus that takes hold of the souls of those who marry and invites them to follow Him, transforming the entire marital life into a divine journey on earth. Married couples are called to sanctify their marriage and themselves in this union; […] Family life, marital relations, the care and education of children, the effort necessary to sustain the family, to ensure its future and improve its living conditions, interaction with others in the social community – all these are common human situations that Christian spouses must elevate. Faith and hope must be evident in the serenity with which they face problems, small or large, that arise in every home, and in the joyful spirit with which they persevere in fulfilling their duties. Thus, charity will flood everything and lead to sharing joys and possible sorrows, knowing how to smile, forgetting personal worries to attend to others; listening to the other spouse or children, showing them that they are truly loved and understood; not giving importance to small frictions that selfishness could turn into mountains; investing great love in the small services that make up daily life together.’”

A few days ago, I was asked about the most significant lesson I've learned and wished to share...and this made me reflect on that.
I want to tell you about some of the things I've learned in life, which have become my life philosophy.
I've learned that by working, helping, and facing challenges fortifies you, you become stronger and are able to protect others, your loved ones, and yourself. I've realized that life involves suffering, hard work, tears... but no matter how much you suffer, if you have a reason, you can handle it. I've found that being diligent in our earthly tasks is important, but it should be combined with looking up to heaven, where Love is the most important thing. And to tap into this love, it's essential to grasp a profound secret of humanity: respecting goodness, appreciating beauty, and being enlightened by truth.
I've learned that being good naturally leads to happiness, coming as a natural result of a life with purpose.
And talking about kids, especially when we look into their different personalities, learning about and caring for their natural qualities is a loving and eye-opening experience. By getting to know them well, we help them grow and mature, enabling them to see themselves as better people for others, guided by love and for love.

"Beauty will save the world." Fyodor Dostoevsky
In a world often shadowed by hardship and despair, Dostoevsky’s words echo as a shining light of hope. It means looking past our immediate troubles to see the deeper beauty in life, like kind acts, the courage people show, and moments of true love.
These beautiful things invites us to look beyond the immediate struggles and find the deeper, transcendent beauty that connects us to something greater than ourselves.
By understanding this, we realize beauty isn’t just something we see; it’s something that can motivate us to make positive changes. When we appreciate and create beauty, whether in nature, art, or with each other, we’re working towards a world that’s more caring and peaceful.
Dostoevsky challenges us to see beauty as a powerful tool for fixing things and making life better.

Like many moms, I once felt lost, wondering why my child's actions seemed so different from others, questioning my parenting.

Everything changed when I discovered the science of the four temperaments, introduced by Hippocrates, the father of medicine.

This knowledge opened my eyes. By observing closely, anyone can recognize these temperaments in the people around them.

I'm here to guide you through identifying your child's temperament, which will illuminate much about their behaviour, helping us understand and connect with them on a deeper level.

Have you ever noticed behaviours in your child that made you curious about their temperament? What traits stand out to you? Share your experiences with me!

And when it comes to our children, nurturing them effectively and truly understanding them takes on a paramount level of importance.

When we recognising the significance knowing them deeply, allows us to handle situations with more skill and guide them towards the virtues they need the most.

Understanding a child requires time and attention. Knowing their temperament is especially beneficial because it influences how they receive love, respond to correction and affection, and how they react to both negative and positive experiences.

"Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy." Anne Frank

Sometimes life moves so fast that we forget to notice the good things all around us. Like Anne Frank said, there's a whole lot of beauty out there that can make us happy.

Let's try to remember that no matter what's going on, there's always something nice out there, like a good laugh with someone or a quiet morning that makes you feel good. Even a smile from someone we don't know can brighten our day.

Keep your eyes open for those little details of beauty. They're everywhere, and they're for us to pay attention to. Let’s do more pauses in our busy life and find joy in the simple things.

I often see exhausted moms who feel they've tried everything...

Did you know I've been in that same situation? That is until I discovered a transformative tool - the science of temperaments!

Understanding YOUR child is crucial. Trying various approaches and tools won't be effective unless you grasp how your child responds to the world and how the world impacts him.

Actions remain ineffective until you truly know and understand him.

Join me on the 11th, where I'll share invaluable insights to help you unravel your child's temperament and gain deeper understanding of the motives behind their behaviours.

Understanding a child's temperament is valuable because it influences how they perceive and respond to their environment.

This knowledge affects how we approach them, especially in giving love and handling their reactions to both positive and negative situations.

Children with warm-temperament may show immediate reactions to events, whereas those with a cold-temperament might seem more withdrawn, requiring a deeper effort from parents to understand their introspective and reserved nature.

How does your child's personality affect how they handle emotions and react to situations, and what does that mean for the way you show them love and support?
