Morning with Adventure buddies started for hiking at 4.30 am, yes it's a challenge to meet expectations of dedicated hiking events, specially in rough terrain & rocky mountains of Oman but it's not impossible. Just need pre event regularly quadriceps and ankle work out and its safety gears. Let's keep doing it with your own pace.
Evening was even more exciting, full of fun and family events with PLG group ( Poetry and Literary Group 😀🌷.
Yes everyone need work and lifestyle balance, some activities have symbiotic relationships and keep both mental and physical health in control.
