Sleep is the foundation of everything else.

Depending on where you live, it can be difficult to find a therapist that specializes in insomnia or Sleep Medicine. If you do find that therapist, fees and insurance can get in the way, not to mention the time and scheduling constraints. Maybe you've had medical or psychological issues that are now well managed, but your still not sleeping well and can't find someone to help you with just your insomnia.

So, in an effort to find a solution for your bad sleep, you end up spending hours searching the internet, listening to podcasts, reading tons of books, using sleep aids that ultimately don't work, and trying to piece together a plan that will get you back to sleeping.

It shouldn't be that hard to find a solution for your insomnia!

Full transparency - I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a doctorate in health psychology, a master’s in counseling, 2 undergrad degrees in computer science, and a private practice where I specialize in teaching others how to stop their insomnia. But, despite all that, I believe you can stop your insomnia on your own through our online courses. After all, this is not mental health talk therapy. It’s a life skill. In fact, research has shown online courses to be at least as effective as face-to-face.
