Buy insurance now, this is the right time to buy. (Kung naghahanap kapa ng sign eto na un! Lol)
Wala ng ibang time. Kasi kapag na unahan tyo ng sickness… approval chance will drop, or worst decline. 🥺
So let me help you as early as now. 🤗
Tip #1
The younger the better! Yes, this is true. Specially in terms of Critical illness and Investment side. Sa critical illness usually at an early age, wala pa tlaga yan, so better unahan na natin before it actually happens, lalo na kung it runs to the family, and kung hindi tyo healthy living.
Investment side, this is only secondary kung bbili ka ng insurance, pero this is also one of the things na need mo malaman at iconsider. First, all figures are projections walang control kung high or low ang makkuha natin in time na need natin, pero again, the main goal is to protect you from critical illness. And in the long run, kapag nagstart ka early mas malaki ung time to accumulate ung funds mo. Just make sure na imomonitor mo din siya, and do top ups kung interested ka to grow your money talaga.
Income replacement, this is optional. Not all insurance comes with this benefits. Pero you can ask your financial advisor to have one. This works like a sickleave or vacation leave. Kapag na confine ka you can have as low as 1,000 per day depending on the amount na pinili mo, for example na confine ka for 10days, you will be credited 10,000, so kaya sya naging income replacement kasi during this 10days na hindi ka nakakapagwork your Insurance coverage will cover the days na di ka nakapagwork. So you can still continue to provide sa family mo sa daily needs nila.
Soo that’s tip number 1 like and follow for more! 🤎🤍
With critical illness insurance, you don't have to fight with your illness and worry about your finance.
The problem is NOT "Can you afford for critical illness insurance?".
The real problem is "Can you afford not to have critical illness insurance?"
Agree. 💯
Ang insurance ay isang way to have a force savings that will help you save for future use, and the more na pinapatagal mo siya, the more you allow your money to grow, which is good for long term goals.

Me: So question, may 1M ka na ba sa savings? 😊
C: Yes meron na. 😏
M: Goods, atleast may nasave kana for future use. And pwede din yan para sa mga unexpected expenses, emergencies and short term goals mo.
Pero kung wala ka pa pong insurance, yung 1M na pinaghirapan mo ipunin from salary or business, it can go down to zero incase uncertainties strikes like, critical illness, disability or accident. 🥺
At kung nag-iinvest ka naman, yung 1M mo pwede maging 1.2M in a few years. 🤩
If you are aiming for health security and wealth accumulation, wag mo hahayaan na wala ka nitong tatlo perfect benefits nato. Make sure na tatlo sila dapat. Pero kung di ka naman magkakasakit, at naniniwala kang di ka maaksidente or even death di darating sayo in the future, savings lang sapat na.
So question ulit..
WALA KANG INSURANCE BECAUSE? 😉
My beloved friends, please let us continue to pray for protection, and the safety for thousands of families as Typhoon Ullyses passes through Luzon areas. Take care and be safe. For those who are willing please prepared to help as well, in every way possible.

More often than not, our persistency is seen as ‘kakulitan’ because we keep on texting, calling or sending messages asking if you want to avail an insurance policy until you're not saying NO.
Instead of thinking “bebentahan na naman ako nito 🙄”, be happy because it means friend, INSURABLE KA PA PO. It means you are alive, healthy and able. WAG NAPO NATIN ANTAYIN NA HINDI NA PO TAYO ABLE. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵, 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁.

What Is Mortgage Redemption Insurance?
Do Banks Require That I Get One?
A: When applying for a housing loan from a bank, you would be asked to get a mortgage redemption insurance or MRI. An MRI is a form of life insurance that pays off a part or the whole of the insured’s outstanding mortgage balance in case of his or her death or total disability.
If you have an existing life insurance policy, you can assign your policy as your MRI. If you have none, the bank will require you to get an MRI, which usually will be incorporated to your housing loan in lump-sum payment (one-time premium paid annually).
Other people hesitate getting an MRI as it gives them an extra expense, which by the way is considerable. However, with that single investment, you might be saving your family from wallowing in debt or losing the home you have sought to provide them with.
Let’s talk about MRI. Feel free to message me. 😊
A high net worth client once told me:
"Kung nalaman ko lang sana yung mga nalaman ko ngayon...
Sana inuna ko bilhin ang Life Insurance. I can buy Stocks kahit di ako healthy. I can buy properties kahit di ako healthy. I can buy Time Deposits and Bonds kahit di ako healthy. I should have bought more life insurance when I was healthy."
"LIFE INSURANCE IS LIKE A PARACHUTE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT THE FIRST TIME YOU NEED IT, THERE IS NO SECOND CHANCE!"

JUST IN: PRU Life UK has finally released its guidelines that allow same s*x domestic partner as beneficiary of the policy.
This is after Insurance Commission affirmed in its legal opinion (LO No. 2020-02) that any individual regardless of gender identity may designate any individual as beneficiary, subject only to certain exceptions under the Civil Code.
