Good evening lovely people,,
That time of year is fast approaching again 🎅🏻🌲 Us Elves have already started organising this years Christmas meal at the Bishopmill Hall 🥰 and things are going very well 😃.
Just a wee note to say that we have all our helpers organised for the day and with only having a certain amount of people allowed in the hall for health and safely purposes we cannot allow any more. In saying that, we would also like to say a very big Thank You to everyone for emails, phone calls and messages regarding helping out, it is very kind of you to think of us and we do appreciate it very much but as things stand we have everyone needed for helping out this year.
We will have more updates to follow in the coming weeks/ months regarding where our annual bottle stall will be held etc….
Thanks again love the Elgin Elves 💗

Elgin Elves Christmas Meal 🎅🏻❤️
We are late in posting this so we do apologise, things have just been so hectic!!
Well what an amazing first year back in the Bishopmill Hall 🥳 It actually felt like we had never been away.
We had some of our regular faces and lots of new faces join us this year too!!
Everyone seemed to have such a good time 😊 There were poems being told, songs being sung, dancing to PJ the DJ, and a video played of play school kids singing Christmas songs. The afternoon was jam packed full of fun 🥳.
We could not be happier with how the day went.
We have lots of people to thank that without, our day just wouldn’t be possible.
To start with we would like to whole heartedly thank everyone who donated bottles and gifts for our bottle stall and lucky squares, everyone who bought raffles and lucky squares 🥰.
People who sent us cash donations, including The Moray Emerald Celtic Group 🥰.
The Bishopmill Hall for letting us have a few days to get in, set up, and spend the day there 🥰.
Tracy Gourley and Tesco Elgin who every year help with veg and gift bag fillers 🥰.
Salt Cellar in Lossie who cooked and donated the turkey and also let us borrow equipment for the day 🥰.
Darren Bate NLB Catering who made the trifle and sticky toffee puddings and helped deliver meals on the day along with Karina and Ruby 🥰.
Walkers Bakers for donating shortbread as they have done every year since we started 🥰.
Karen Merrin who donated tatties from her dads farm 🥰.
Zoey & David who made the broth for one of the starters 🥰.
Stuart & Katie from G&M for their kind donation for our bottle stall 🥰.
Boots at Springfield Retail for donating lots of gifts for the gift bags 🥰.
Torridon Education Group, the kids made beautiful Christmas cards, tree decorations and a short video singing Christmas songs for all of us to see 🥰.
Wendy from Ronnie’s Cabs for making sure our diners got to and from the hall safely🥰.
All of our amazing volunteers who picked up guests and dropped them back home safely again 🥰.
Kayla & Freya for helping with the bottle stalls when it was freezing cold 🥰.
Last but not least our amazing Elf helpers who spent part of their Christmas Eve with us and most of Christmas Day, decorating the hall, setting up the tables, peeling veg, setting up DJ decks (PJ ❤️) and making sure everything was there to help the day run as smooth as possible.
We feel very humbled by the amount of help we are offered every single year, and we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you wonderful people from the bottom of our hearts.
Without you this day couldn’t possibly happen.
Please if we have missed anyone out tag away ❤️
