Zero Fox Racing
Motorsports Racing Team - Trey Hargrove, owner/driver
We’re racing again!
It’s been a minute, but ZFR will once again be on the grid. This weekend we are at storied Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, AL. This will be our 2nd event fielding a Spec e30 series BMW, this time the #92 (Veronica) from Combustion Club. It will be a large event, combining the Texas, Florida, Gulf South, and Mid South regions of NASA Pro Racing. It’s gonna be a hot one.
Oh yeah
This weekend Zero Fox Racing is at famous Roebling Road Raceway(remember MotorWeek?) to compete in Spec E30 class (BMW) with the #96 car of Lee Winters and Spanish Moss Home Buyers
This will be my first drive since the shutdown, my first time racing in SE30 class, my first time fielding a momentum car, and my first time at RRR, so don’t expect a podium finish!

I would like to give a shout out to Forrest Windecker and the whole gang at Texas Track Works for all that they have done for me and Zero Fox Racing over the years, with trackside support, car work of every sort, camaraderie, and friendship.
Special recognition goes to the man shown here, Johnathan Lopez, for always going well above and beyond in keeping the car (and driver) in line. Master wrench, hella driver, new daddy, and all-around good friend. Thank you buddy.
Sadly, Zero Fox Racing has said goodbye to The Axe Murderer. After years successfully dialing down her homicidal tendencies through suspension and aero adjustments, her ticker finally gave out. However, I am happy to say that she is receiving a transplant and has found a new home. She will be missed.
This is very sad news indeed.
Sabine Schmitz: F1 and motorsport world pays tribute after death of 'Queen of the Nurburgring' aged 51 Trailblazing racing driver Sabine Schmitz, the only female winner of the Nurburgring 24 Hours, has died aged 51.
It’s been long enough since this happened, so I figure it’s safe to post. The driver of the e36 in front of me yelled at me after the race for being dangerous by going 2-wide through Ricochet...during a race! Considering that I was at least parallel to him if not in front of him going into the turn, on the inside, after he went off, I judged it to be my corner. Was I right? Talk amongst yourselves.

Not sure if it’s more exciting to see return of MacLaren and the rise of Racing Point OR to witness the total disintegration of Ferrari.

The Oscar Mayer Weinermobile gets pulled over by cops Given warning
Zero Fox Racing had a great showing at MSR Houston with NASA Texas, with two 1st in-class finishes and one 2nd in-class finish, plus one DNF. New class weight:hp rules allowed us to increase engine mapping to full power and lose 100 lbs of ballast. We also softened the front sway bar to greatly reduce understeer. Many thanks to Forrest Windecker and the guys at Texas Track Works for indispensable trackside support, and a special shout out to my tech chief Johnathan Lopez for his knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent tech skills.
