Nearly 40 years on. How good was it seeing Walter and Frank together again at a Fairy Meadow United function.

It was great to see so many friends reconnecting on Saturday at the Reunion and we hope to organise other catch ups in the future.

A huge thank you to the Fairy Meadow United faithful who attended the reunion last night. There were some great laughs, stories and moments shared. We hope you all enjoyed the night.

We're so excited about the Reunion coming up this Saturday. So many familiar faces will be joining us. We have also been able to (finally) track down the 1980 Grand Final and will be showing the game during the night.

REUNION - 4 NOVEMBER:
⚽️We've extended ticket sales over the weekend so it's not too late to attend the reunion. The event includes a 3 course meal, 4 hour drinks package and will be hosted by Fox Sports Matt Russell.

Anica still has the tray and nearly 40 years later still holds fond memories of the club.

Blast from the Past time.

Fairy Meadow United were very successful in not only the State League but also local competitions.

Here's a photo of a packed Memorial Park. Who did they play and what was the score? Bonus points if you know who the cheer squad was walking out with Mick Richardson.

Game Day Result

Fantastic day for football in Jamberoo. After Fairy Meadow United FC led with 2 goals, Jamberoo fought back, however the team held out for the draw.

Blast from the Past Time.
A number of guys from the Fairy Meadow Youth Grade from the 80s (pictured) are now part of the re-established club currently participating in the FSC Over 45s competition. Can you name who they are?

Back in 1961 the club was formed to allow mates to have fun and play the game they love together. Nothing has really changed.

Great to see the team come away with a 5-3 win today in tough and windy conditions against Helensburgh Sweathogs.

We are excited to announce that a Reunion will be held for all past players, coaches, officials and supporters of Fairy Meadow United on the 4th November 2023.

The club was founded in 1961 and this will be a great opportunity to reminisce and share the many great stories that centered around the club and the many people that were part of it.

More details will follow soon so be sure to spread the word and save the date.
