*Weekends I will do my best to answer any questions or concerns you may have, but please understand, response time may be delayed.

💥WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEMS?

*The majority of what I sell is custom items. Which means the customer has full reign of designs, images, text, colors and so on.

*Epoxy Tumblers: Non 3D Tumblers, Non Glitter Tumblers, can be expected within with 5 to 6 weeks. (There is always a possibility of sooner) This time really depends on if you know exactly what you want, colors, designs and so forth. If you are indecisive about what you want, it may take longer.

*3D Tumblers and Glitter Tumblers can be expected within 6 to 8 weeks. These have a longer process, due to hand sculpting, and extra layers of Epoxy.

*Sublimation tumblers. If you chose a stock image, or a previously made tumbler you can expect your tumbler in 5 to 6 Buisness Days. (Possibility of sooner).

*Custom design/Image. Please add 2 to 3 extra days to allow time for design to be complete.

*All other Sublimation Items : 5 to 6 Buisness Days.

*Shirts/Wearable Items: Please allow 5 to 7 buisness days. (3 more days for bulk orders. (4 or more items))

💥WHERE CAN I PICK UP/MEET UP TO GET ORDER?

*Local pick up: My shop is currently located in Grayson County, KY. I locally meet at Taco Bell, or you can chose pick up at shop. I live about .5 mile down Anetta Rd.

*Shipping orders: Please allow 3 to 5 Buisness Days for shipping. Once item is shipped you will be sent a tracking a tracking number. Once item leaves my hands, and is at the post office, I am no longer in control of it. Which means I can not make it come sooner.

💥*Disclaimer: If you need an order by a certain a date, please order at least 2 weeks prior if shipping is necessary, to allow time for order to arrive on time. Also please let me know you need it by said date.

💥RETURN POLICY:

*I do not accept returns on Personalized orders. These are orders that include family pictures and so on. All my items come with a 30 day guarantee. If something happens to the item within 30 days I will replace it with the same item. If for some reason, I am out of stock, or item can't be replaced, you can chose store credit, or a refund.

*I send a care card with every single one of my cups. DO NOT leave tumblers in Hot Cars. DO NOT put them in the dishwasher. DO NOT microwave tumblers. DO NOT let items soak.

*Shirts: Please try to wash inside out. This insures the vinyl is not getting scratched and snagged by zippers on jackets, jeans and even your washer machine. It prolongs the life of your shirt.

*If damage done to your design is not my fault, which means kids threw it, you dropped it, you didn't follow care instructions, I will still replace item, but at price value. Be honest. I can tell by pictures, if what you are saying is true.

💥WHAT IF WHAT YOU DESIGNED IS NOT WHAT I WANTED?

*I always try to create what you ask for. But sometimes communication gets mixed up, what I'm picturing is not what you are picturing, and that's okay! As a creator I try my best to get you the perfect item!

*Let me know. If you don't like it, say hey, I don't like it, let's change it up. That's how we get you your perfect cup/shirt!

*Digital designs: Unlimited changes. As long as I am not cutting out, printing out or wasting supplies you have unlimited changes.

*Supplies: I allow 2 extra changes on Epoxy Tumblers. You get your first initial design. Which includes, glitter color if you wanted, style of cup, font, cup color, design layout and so on.
If once I get it all laid out and send you a picture, you have 2 more times to change sometimes.

*For example. Let's say I get your cup all designed out, decals, font, images and so on, and you decide you don't like the color of the font, the font itself, the back ground color, or the way the image fits, I will change it up to 2 more times. After that, it's an extra $5 charge per change, which must be paid before item is shipped and or picked up.

💥Disclaimer. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you're rude or disrespectful, I will not proceed with your order. I will cancel it. If you have paid I will refund your money.

*Also if for some reason, during the course of your oder, I feel like you're not sure what you want, and I can't get you the design you have in your head, I will go ahead and cancel order before it gets too frustrating for everyone. I try to meet everyone's needs, but sometimes I just may not be the creator for you. And that's okay. It happens🖤

They are 3x4" and each one comes double sided. The cool thing is, they are 100% Reusable! Once the first scent wears off, spray car spray, body spray or your favorite cologne, put in a ziplock baggie for 24hrs to let it absorb, and then BAM smells amazing AGAIN.
(Disclaimer* The longevity of the scent depends on the potancy, and strength of the spray.
