Virtual Race: Diabetes Walk
The Nurse Challenge

Ø Download the MAPMYWALK Application; this can be downloaded in both IOS and Google Playstore.

Ø Sign in and familiarize yourself with the use of the app so that it can track and record your activity which will be the basis for judging.

Ø Plan your path, make sure there is signal in the chosen area, away from busy streets , where there is NO crowding.

Ø Bring water and food in case you get hungry , of course mask and face shield

Ø Do not leave with an empty battery and Prepare your playlist, walking comes easy with your favorite music.

Ø You have until November 20, 2020 to accomplish the race. Choose your best walk and submit to DP north cotabato chapter messenger with your name on it. If you submit before November 14 , you get more chance of winning.

Ø Wear blue Shirt/ outfit or put on something blue ( wristband / cap) during the activity.

Ø Take a selfie before, during and after your walk.

Ø Take a screen shot before starting your walk , another screenshot of your activity summary showing the following informations, CALORIES BURNED, DISTANCE IN KILOMETERS and DURATION IN MINUTES and NUMBER OF STEPS.

Ø Please do not fail to seek the advice of your personal physician if you have restrictions in doing strenuous activities.
