This is all we are giving you for now! Can you guess what our first product is going to be??? We have taken so much time to not only research every single ingredient in our initial product, but also research where the ingredients are coming from, the process in which they are extracted, and the impact on the earth. We are dedicated to taking as many steps as possible to be sustainable! Let's break down the below ingredients below:
- PEAR: okay, we say pear but what we mean is PRICKLY PEAR, which is actually a fruit that is grown on a cactus! Rich in antioxidants, which are proven to reduce and prevent the signs of aging, this oil is the perfect candidate for all skin types. It has proven to have antioxidant properties, as well as antimicrobial properties, so it can be used as a multi-purpose oil for different skin needs.
- SEABUCKTHORN: There are two types of sea buckthorn oil that can be extracted from the shrub, fruit oil and seed oil. In our formula we will be using the dark and beautiful orange fruit oil, due to its versatile nature to work with all skin types and contains vitamins; A, C, B1, B2, K, and E, folic acid, in addition to an array of powerful antioxidants and minerals.
- BORAGE: This is wildflower commonly called the starflower. It has beautiful star-shaped bright blue flowers. The seeds provide us with a high percentage (20-24%) of Gamma Linoleic Acid, this is important because he body converts gamma linolenic acid to substances that reduce inflammation and cell growth. Which in turn creates wound healing in all different types of skin conditions!

Hi everyone! It's time for me to start taking you along with us in our process of creating our FIRST product at Astria Skincare! This has been about a 2-year process in the making (but does covid really count?) and I am so excited to show you what we've been working on! We are about 2 months away from our product LAUNCH (and that's if everything goes well...it definitely will, right?) and we are touching up on last details!

Currently we are ironing out the final touches to our launch product's formula, and slowly but surely we will be releasing the product details with you!
