We are a community mental health support group who have been set up as we feel there aren't enough services available in the community, due to funding being cut and services being terminated.

❤️ Please do not suffer in silence..these services are here to help and so are we..unfortunately due to the COVID 19 restrictions we have been unable to locate a venue for face to face meetings. Our service offers support to individuals to access required services and signpost to relevant agencies. Please send us a message if you require any support/information and we will do our best to help ❤️
