Looking for something fun to do on Friday? Join our drop-in field trip as we learn how our actions on land impact the health of our local waterways and the Chesapeake Bay.
Through hands-on explorations in the lab and outdoors, participants will investigate abiotic factors of water quality such as dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature, and salinity and how we can improve water quality by reducing stormwater runoff, which is the fastest growing source of pollution to the Chesapeake Bay.
This trip is ideal for homeschooled families and students off school! $20 per participant, and registration is required.
