Creatine is an amino acid that is naturally produced in the body and is stored in the muscles as well as in the brain.

The naturally produced creatine by the liver, muscles, brain cells, and other tissues in the body is transformed into phosphocreatine.

Whenever muscles use up ATP (adenosine triphosphate) and convert it into ADP (adenosine diphosphate), phosphocreatine donates one of its phosphate molecules to ADP and replenishes the ATP stores, and produces a by-product known as creatinine.

Because of its role in recycling ATP, creatine supplements are being taken as a performance-enhancing supplement.

Have in consideration when you want to lose weight, if you lose it too too fast you won’t have time to build up muscle mass under it and as a result, lose skin will be a good consequence of those choices.

I remember in this last program of dieting she told she was completely lack of energy, so we made sure I modified her meal plan until she was feeling better and then continue with a super process. Slowly but surely

Have in mid don’t ever allow your diets sacrifice your health…

Congratulations to our fitmami 👏🏼 🏆…

We have been working online together for a while; this year, she decided to take a rest until this challenge she decided to start back because she needed the plan and the motivation to get back on track…

We started with a easy meal plan, healthy and balanced, with enough carbs and proteins so she would have enough energy to workout hardly 💪. After she adapted successfully to the plan, we changed the meal plan for a leaner one to maximize the results, having always in consideration she is a teacher and a mom and she needed easy options in the morning so she can stick to it. So we did 💪🏆👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
