RX8 REW swap KIT
Includes:
- Crossmember with Poly-bushing engine mounts
- RX8 throttle adapter
- CAS sensor mount

This kit is what you need to mount the REW block on the RX8. If used with Xssesive LIM, there is no interference with the firewall. Stock RX8 trigger wheel can be used on this setup.

20B FD3S is out in the streets.

This has been a huge task for us, as we managed to 20B swap this FD, with T56 magnum transmission. The 20B engine was fully rebuilt by us, using apex seals, oversize through studs, solid dowels and external oil feed. The underbody of the car was fully refurbished, using bushings, and pillowballs coilovers, diff mount, transmission and engine mounts were custom made for us by who also made the 3.5" exhaust, turbo manifold and intercooler pipes. We used boosted turbo, and all AN fittings and insulators, FPR and 60mm wastegate, surgetank and fuel rails, m2000 ecu, oil cooler kit and headlights, big brake kit, s2k abs unit upgrade, RX8 AC conversion and countless other mods.

Stock FD3S uprated with modular pnp ecu mainly for the safeties of a modern ecu. We raised boost to 12psi, and got 305hp/36kgm.

2021 came to an end and 2022 starts fresh! I couldn't be more grateful for all the things I've accomplished through this year. Another reminder for me that with hard work and persistence we can achieve anything.

We managed to build amazing project cars, most from the ground up, we got many cars back on the roads, tuned remotely cars all around the world and had engines rebuilt all around Europe.

In 2021 we managed to build the first DCT rotary in Europe, a couple 20B project cars, a MK4 Supra, 10.3sec ET with our FB RX7 and of course @50.cal.motorsport time attack RX8.

I would like to thank:
for providing us with most parts needed to build our projects
for creating all custom parts required to make our projects unique.
for the 3rd year being his Greek dealer.
for providing the Best apex seals in the market.panos for letting us use his dyno for countless hours and not complaining for the rotary smell.

2022 found us in our new shop and being able to work more efficiently. Many projects already on the way.. and we are almost fully booked until after the summer..

Is that a Supra?

A kind of car we don't normally do, but declining the
opportunity of tuning it wasn't an option. We built and
tuned the car in our own way and that was a success. We
started the whole process by deciding the suitable turbo
for the build and we ended up with a
EFR8474, running a
exhaust manifold, with dual
WG45 wastegates. On the intake side we
used a carbon intake manifold,
and R35 coil kit, pulleys and carbon turbo
intake. provided all fittings and
lines for this setup, made for uS
custom lines for the RX8 ABS module, that also provided all
4 wheel speed signals on ecu through
canbus. We used usdm dash to monitor the
engine. did the 3.5" exhaust and mated
the carbon silencer. The engine was fully
build, with CP pistons, Eagle HD con rods, ARP studs and
bolts, HKS cams, supertech valves, cam
gears and billet tensioner and dampener.

RX8 got pimped with ERF8374, mated to manifold and controlling boost via double WG40 gates. We used our custom billet EWP adapter and kept the alternator in the stock REW position, while using EWP150 pump. Xsessive LIM to clear firewall with REW UIM, fuel rails, fittings and fuel/oil lines. Engine is controlled by an modular rx8 pnp ecu. More things are coming for this baby... stay tuned..

20B FD3S first start after built. Making the base map took us 5mins on m2000 ecu, and the moment we saw oil pressure rising, powered up ignition and this happened. Can't wait to beat this turbo on the dyno!

Can't believe we haven't gone that way sooner! Still doing some 30% throttle pulls, while we run in the engine and still hitting 12psi by 3200rpm on the efr9180 iwg turbo kit and keeping it flat lined between gear changes. ABSOLUTELY no need for a smaller turbo with this transmission setup! Dyno time coming soon...

First dyno of the year.. We managed to tune this amazing FD3S, and got what we expected. The IWG turbo kit and the EFR8374 performed as expected and made the tuning precise and reliable. Extra flames for the rotary signature.

Initial dyno run for this Renesis turbo RX8. Engine built and setup developed by , modular pnp RX8 ecu tuned by , running a GT30R turbo at 12psi boost. Still left to upgrade the fuel system and add all required monitoring sensors, in order to get the max out of this setup.

13Î’ semiP Bridgeport , S369SXE, huge torque curve. I'm still impressed by the torque curve of this setup.
Remote tuned FT500. We got 25psi around 4200rpm and held upto 8500rpm.

One more happy RX8 owner with modular pnp ecu. Everything is fully functional with this plug n play ecu. Engine built and whole setup was developed by . Can't wait to break in the engine and see what this beast does on the dyno.

making new friends.. Getting closer to the RX8 REW 7speed DCT swap. Having Adaptronic Modular RX8 pnp ecu controlling the engine , while GCU controlling the e92 7 speed dct transmission. This thing has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I'm really glad that is coming together...

RX8 REW swapped S257SXE custom turbo kit

The owner of this RX8 wanted a fast responding turbo that could easily make 450-500hp, so the S257SXE was the best choice. did the short twin scroll manifold and custom engine mount to clear everything. Two 40mm external wastegates where used, to control boost. On the fuel system we used fuel rails with ID1050X primaries and 2000cc secontaries and turbosmart fuel pressure regulator, while transforming the fuel system to return type. water/meth system was used to cool the change while making it safer to raise boost. ABS MODULE UPGRADE FOR FD3S RX7

Honda S2K ABS transplant. A huge improvement over the stock system. This one is a 4channel module, that works with the OEM FD sensors, and has amazing feel and response. A wiring reroute is required and pulling an extra brake line to the rear and you're set. The stock proportioning valve is removed and this system is using an X biasing system. Road and track proved!
