Surf movie night in aid of Freshwater Skatepark and pump track. Come an see the movie Savage Waters currently in cinemas.

The evening will start at 6.30pm with skate movies from Wight Trash with Savage Waters at 7.30pm. After the movie we have live music from our own local skater Martha Eggleton and then Hashtag (a three-piece band from the Isle of Wight specialising in funk, rock and indie music) until midnight. The bar wil be open to the side of the hall.

Half way through our final run of courses for the 22/23 winter surf season, we’ve got sessions running from complete beginners all the way through to surfers like Izzy who is doing a great job with starting to top turn, keep up the good work everyone, yeeeewhhooooooo!

Wow, what an awesome day I feel very blessed to of had the opportunity to be a part of The Sheaffy. Thanks the judges and everyone that was involved to make it happen. Thanks to the cheerleaders/support crew and all the competitors for a very special day.

Hopefully one day I’ll get the W, as Lee was really kind and welcoming to me at a time in my life when I really needed it.

I used the same lineup markers that he showed me the first time he took me out to Freshy and my plan was to try and be on the best set waves as that’s what he would always do. I’m certain that he chose who he wanted to win, congrats

It was great to surf with everyone and one of the best parts of the contest was surfing a heat with two my favourite sparring partners Nige and Boe Howell. went through our Grom Squad program and has gone on to be selected for Team England. It was awesome to surf a heat with her and it won’t be long until she’s winning all of these contests.

Thanks again to everyone who helped to make this event happen, I’m sure you all made Lee proud, see you out there smiling, yeeeeewhooooooo! 🙏🏽🌊🌊🌊😁 📷 .

That’s a wrap for our Autumn five week surf courses, there are no words to describe how grateful we are to have such awesome people support us, we’re so proud and stoked with everyone’s progress, well done.

All being well our next courses will run early next year.

In the meantime we’re looking forward to our Winter Warriors Surf Club sessions.

We scored some epic waves on our recent surf coaching trip, demonstrating some awesome heel pressure.

🌊 Congratulations to sponsored athlete Boe Howell who has just competed for the Isle of Wight in the Interclub Surfing Championships in Newquay.

☀️ More than 130 surfers from all over England took part in the event which took place at Fistral Beach.

🏄‍♀️ Boe was part of the women's A Team, which came a very credible 4th place, with the overall IOW team finishing 7th.

🙌 Well done to Boe and everyone else in Team Isle of Wight!

Excited to be beach festival this weekend, we’ll be around with our paddleboards to get the best view of the action, come and join us on the water, yeeeeewhoooo!
