Mental health is real ; and no one is exempt. For anyone whom may need this or find this helpful. It doesn’t matter what shape, size, race, culture, sexuality , religion or diet ... fundamentally being human is primarily what we’re here for and it’s times like now, we are being continuously reminded of this. MATE looking back, I’m not only super proud I was able to hold down, the main room, of at least 1500 people plus, give the club what they wanted and believe it on not, I use to be on the phone to every week, in fits of tears crying and he would convince me I had to go! I was severely in a bad place , and I genuinely don’t know how I managed to DJ and keep the energy going all night!
Anyways we did it! Thanks to the club for making me their first female resident DJ, in the main room! And to on the lens. Excuse the dodgy copy! Lol

Mental health is probably the closest thing to my heart than any other thing on this planet . I have really battled some horrendous demons and I am eternally grateful to have survived and come out the other end.
I think that’s why I’m so distraught about loosing my friend.
That man might of broke a few hearts but I know how much he was love and adored by so many people. One of the most clean hearted and genuine, I know, regardless of anything!
He was more than just a friend , he was always there for me and gave me the best advise. Especially when I almost gave up my battle , he always use to be there no matter what, trying to help me see the light and to remind me of my greatness. And always gave me a fraction of hope.
So logically and I would have never in a million year expected this . I think that’s why, Im in so much shock and disbelief.
He would always use to say to me , nothing is that bad that it can’t be fixed, that was the one thing he would always say and I keep waiting to wake up and realise it was nothing but a bad dream and that I’ll see him again.

I’m gonna miss him so much, I genuinely don’t think he realises that and how much he was loved by so many ppl and how much of a bloody great guy he was.
Always helping , always giving and I know deep down there’s nothing any of us could have done , I just wish we found him sooner , that’s the one wish I keep replaying over and over in my head . I wish one of us could have saved him and took away even just a fraction of that pain , just enough for him to see how much we all loved him and was a good egg he truly was and is.
Rob Teppett homie I hope you’re watching over us and I promise man, I will continue with the belief and the mantra you installed In me ‘ nothing is ever that bad it can’t be fixed ‘ and I will always remember you for the beautiful person you were 🙏🏽💔
