I’m back in Reiki sessions at Enliven MedSpa & Wellness Center and this theme keeps popping up with clients.

So often we want to be “saved”. Avoiding pain is a natural instinct for self preservation. But man oh man. That ripping and tearing of your life falling into pieces....that’s where the faith muscle gets built.♥️

Hey 2020 Chana, this one’s for you:⁣

🌟This was the year everything was supposed to suck. And sometimes life did. The world collectively ached. ⁣
⁣
❤️Many times tears fell for yourself, for people you knew and people you had never met.⁣
⁣
✨But the tears also were plump with purpose. Tears filled with light and warmth happened during the quarantine and the almost full year home with your children in virtual school. ⁣
⁣
💫You remembered who you were. You stepped out of the matrix, the hamster wheel of constant running was removed and the spinning stopped long enough for truth to settle into your soul. ⁣
⁣
And guess what happened?⁣
⁣
❤️Jon realized after his seizure that life is short and he wanted a new job. So he quit his safe and secure bank job for a wild and unpredictable position at the Pawn shop.⁣
⁣
🌟The girls were pulled from the only school system they’ve ever known and no one crumbled. In fact the opposite happened. With no distractions: you all were reintroduced in an intimate way and creative discoveries were made. And you ALL loved it.⁣
⁣
💫Sophie sang & colored & painted. Ava made costumes and homemade funnel cakes at 2am. You all talked about life. ⁣
⁣
❤️Deep hard questions were asked and answered by wondering hearts. There was Laughing & fighting & you became tangled up in each other the way you used to be when they were babies. But it’s better because you can watch inappropriate movies now and laugh at the same inside jokes. ⁣
⁣
🌟You remembered what life is about. Your souls awakened and breathed a sigh of simplicity you didn’t even know you were all craving. ⁣
⁣
And you.⁣
⁣
My dear.⁣
⁣
✨You walked yourself back to the light. Depression hit hard in 2019 and you questioned everything. 2020 was your year of healing and making it a priority to feel good. A full year of Antidepressants aided you in remembering that sticking around is so much more glamorous than giving up. There’s so much you couldn’t appreciate while you were under that anvil weight of clinical depression. You unlocked many chains. ⁣
⁣
💫A full year of business success during a pandemic left you feeling like you needed to give back more. So you got a job offering Reiki Healing sessions at Enliven Medspa and it felt so weird to go back to “work” but you knew you needed it. The light beckoned you back.⁣
⁣
✨And you remembered.✨⁣
⁣
Your heart. ❤️Your creativity. ✨The artist inside of you was showered with new colors and glittery ideas. You brought all the good energy back to your family and business. ⁣
⁣
📖 Your book was nearly finished. Publishing is coming in 2021. ⁣
⁣
❤️Angels in the shape of new friends came into your life and helped heal you. You helped people heal and in turn healed yourself. You let go. And held tight. And let go again.⁣

🌟You jumped. ⁣
⁣
✨And you were rewarded as you always have been when you chose God and faith and the guidance from the universe of stardust that pumps in your veins.⁣
⁣
Your kids and husband had a real life example of a warrior fighting and flourishing and crying and soaking herself in healing. ⁣
⁣
And sister.⁣
⁣
You aren’t done yet. ⁣
⁣
🥂 2021 is just more of the good stuff. And there will be bad stuff. But guess what? None of it will be wasted. ⁣

❤️I just wanted you to remember, incase you get swept away in 2021 and forget : you’ve got this girlfriend. ⁣

So often in my sessions I can feel my clients need to have an outside source “heal” them.

🙏🏻Wanna know why? Because God ( light, source, the universe, whatever higher power you connect with ) lives within ALL OF US.

🌊In reiki sessions I often tell my clients that if God were the ocean, we are a cup of that ocean. A small sampling of His holy energy walking in human form on earth. We are never separate.

🧘🏻‍♀️So the concept of healing isn’t going to come from “out there”- it’s going to come from “in here”.

💛Inside.

From your intuition, soul and own knowingness that has been connected to Source since the beginning of creation. Every good thing I’ve ever experienced or obtained has come from me remembering this simple truth.

The answer has always been and will always be....

Love is light. It’s what we are made out of. We are literal pieces of stardust. Magical wonders sparkling on this earth for such a short time.

🧖🏼‍♀️Reiki reminds me of who I am in my core, and keeps me grounded. It blows the dust off my soul and shines it up so I can reflect the inner glow of God from the inside.

I remember my first sessions so very well, laying on that table and allowing my energy to be tapped into while I released layers and layers of unnecessary emotional junk I’d collected through the years. ⁣

💎 🎶 Crystal Singing Bowls are part of my Reiki Healing sessions!

Here is a little information about why I use this amazing tool during our energy healing session....

💎 🎶Notes of the crystal bowls are tuned to specific frequencies found within the human body. Thus when the sound moves through the atmosphere and touches us, it causes our cells to move in different directions at a different speed, in rhythm with the sound wave. This puts us in harmony with the sound wave.
