Sawdust and Knots
Creating all things wood. Woodturning, custom woodworking. Interpreting the language of trees.
Spalted magnolia that a friend of mine had me make for his mom. He used to climb it when he was a little boy! I left it oddly shaped because I didn’t want to lose any of the awesome veins
A few more from that same maple.
Turned from a maple that was on the verge of being too rotten to work with. I have several pieces from this tree which fell on the back of our property. Myra Hudson Key
So I just uploaded a bunch of random things that I’ve built over the past few years. Some from Tennessee and some from NC. I may try to caption and edit some when I figure out how! I am much better with a stick of wood than I am with an IPhone. Thank you all for following this page and especially thanks to my wife for setting it all up.
