Three days Avaloketishvara’s mantra ( OM MANI PADME HUNG ) recitation ceremony held in Tsuglak Khang Monastery in Tokto Asrang village of Kinnaur Himachal from 18 Aug to 20 Aug, in this three days mantra recitation ceremony Rinpoche gave oral transmission and teaching on Mahamudra Guruyoga - Adeshna and Paapdeshna or Atyadeshna, in his teaching he said that 1 - During the practice (a) base, (b) path and (c) result should be needed. 2 - confession of sins should be do infront of three jewels, there is no need to tell others about your confession of sins. 3 - to live or hav long life is important but to stay long is mostly based on how strong your immune system is and how healthy you are, so health is more important and everyone should do good care of your health. last day i.e today 20th Aug morning Rinpoche gave long life empowerment to all devotees and from tomorrow 21st Aug to 31st Aug Rinpoche will visits families in different villages of kinnaur for ritual rite or religious offering. so because of not public ceremony we will not able to update pictures.

On 15th August morning after the celebration of Independence day of INDIA Rinpoche consecrated the new restored monastery of Charang Village.

Rinpoche accepted the invitation from ITBP ( Indo - Tibet Border Police) and visited to army camp of ITBP in Charang Village for celebration of 68th India Independence Day and Rinpoche hoisted the Flag of INDIA. Charang is a village of last border place of India and Tibet.

Three days mantra recitation of Chenrezig's (Avalokiteshvara) mantra OM MANI PADME HUM was held in Nunnery Rangrig Woesel Ling at Charang Village of Kinnaur Himachal from 8th August to 10th August, in these three days Rinpoche gave oral transmission and teaching on prajnaparamita hrdaya sutra ༄༅ ། ཤེས་རབ་སྙིང་པོ ། in Rinpoche teaching he said that 1 – in prajnaparamita hrdaya sutra ༄༅ ། ཤེས་རབ་སྙིང་པོ ། its all about five aggregates ( i. Body ཕུང་པོ །, ii. feeling ཚོར་བ །, iii. discrimination འདུ་ཤེས །, iv. compositional factor འདུ་བྱེད ། v. consciousness རྣམ་ཤེས ། ) and Rinpoche introduced all these five aggregates with examples i.e :- body – form, feeling – sick baby, discrimination – young sick person, compositional factor – old sick person, Consciousness – sick yogi. 2 – sometime we do things which is not necessary to do, like stealing other stuffs. The begger get money or eatable through begging from people, they do not steal other stuffs. 3 – during Mandala offering (long Life Offering ) it is not necessary to offer gold, silver, precious things and money, instead of all these precious things clean washed stone can offer.

On 8th August in Charang village of Kinnaur Himachal, Rinpoche laid the foundation stone and blessed the site where soon construction of new Helipad ( Helicopter landing pad ) will start. Charang village is situated at border of Tibet and India and there is no facility of road transportation for almost 10 kms. People have to walk for almost 10 kms to reach their village Charang.

At old historic Nunnery Rangrig woesel Ling in Charang village of Kinnaur Himachal which was founded by Lotsawa Rinchen Sangpo in 10th Century, Rinpoche led the grand tsechu prayer and ritual mask dance which is celebrating every years on this very special day 10th day of 6th month in Tibetan calendar. Ritual dance of Guru Rinpoche, Lotsawa Rinchen sangpo protector Rangrig and the village devda ( deity) blessed the devotees. after that Rinpoche gave long life empowernment to all the devotees and during the Empowernment Rinpoche gave short teaching and he said “ 1 - today we all are gathered here on this very auspicious day and specially this tibetan horse year is also the year of Protector Rangrig, so this year is very special year and on this very auspicious day it is very important to collect virtuous and to confession sins, but confession of sins and purified of sins are different, only by confession of sins will not purified the sins. Merits are needed to purified the sins, without merits confession of sins is possible but not purified of sins . but its not like if we can't purified sins without merits then it is no use of confession sins, because by confession sins without merits can achieved good karmic imprints. 2 - from Mr. Puram singh negi Nunnery has recieved good support from Government on Finance etc which is very good and some of villagers also support on finance through their own willing. and in future all should support continue with their own willing and devotion not through any force or insist door to door by members of nunnery. 3 - Kinnaur has very rich culture and almost eight different language in Kinnaur, so everyone should continue takes resposibility to preserve rich cultures and all the language of Kinnaur." same day Rinpoche presided the function of consecration the new rooms for nuns and also Rinpoche consecrated the public hall of village, where present were Mr. Puran Singh Negi Pradhan (head) of Village and Mr. Hansraj negi and the Chairman of Block.

Rinpoche Monastery in Ladakh

Thupten Dhargye Ling Monastery Changthang Nyoma Thupten Dhargye Ling is one of the oldest Monastery in ladakh region. around 130 kms from Leh. headed by Kyabje Drukpa Choegon Rinpoche

On 31st July the very auspicious day ( 4th day and 6th month of Tibetan calendar, the day Buddha shakyamuni turned the wheel of Dharma for the first time ) Rinpoche consecrated the new statue of Guru Padmasambhava and new shrine hall of 400 yrs historic monastery Thuptan Dhargye Ling which is situated in historic palace ( related to history of Ladakh, Tibet and Mongolia ) of Ladakh Jangthang Nyoma. Mr. Nawang Rigzin jora Minister for Urban Development and Urban Local Bodies, Jammu and Kashmir, India was the Chief guest of the ceremony and many other dignitaries were present. During the consecration ceremony Rinpoche and Chief Guest Mr. Nawang Rigzin Jora gave speech. In Rinpoche speech he said “ 1- The Buddhist religion is only related to Buddhist, but Buddhist teaching and thoughts are related to all ( Buddhist and Non Buddhist ). Buddhist teaching is all about Emptiness and Compassion, and Buddhist religion is all about recitation of prayer, homage and prostration. so in Buddhist prayer its says that ( བསྟན་པ་ཡུན་རིང་གནས་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག། for the goodness may the teaching of Buddhist remain long, not may the Buddhist religion remain long ). 2 – To achieved happy life it’s important to have happy mind, for happy mind good heart is needed and for good heart all should have such thoughts like ( it’s not necessary to get what we want or it’s not necessary to our all wishes come true ) and most important is all should know the fault of selfishness. 3 – Ladakh is one of the most important place in India and also ladakh is border place specially jangthang region, so to develop ladakh its important to develop Jangthang region and to develop Jangthang region it’s Important to develop jangthang Nyoma, because Jangthang Nyoma is headquarter of all Jangthang". after the consecration ceremony Rinpoche gave long life Empowernment to all the devotees. Yesterday ( 2nd Aug ) Rinpoche arrived Delhi after completion of his three days visits in Ladakh.

The features of Buddhism is to free from suffering and achieved full Enlightenment, to free from suffering and achieved full Enlightenment have to do practice of four noble truths.

Rinpoche presided three day Avaloketishvara’s mantra (OM MANI PADME HUM) recitation ceremony in Pangi village of Kinnaur Himachal and also Rinpoche gave teaching on introduction of Buddhism. On last day Rinpoche gave long life empowernment to all devotees, during the last day teaching Rinpoche emphasized on three points that “ 1 – the features of Buddhism is to free from suffering and achieved full Enlightenment, to free from suffering and achieved full Enlightenment have to do practice of four noble truths. 2 – Guru is kind to devotees but saying Buddha to Guru is a method, saying Buddha to Buddha Shakyamuni is not method but its real. 3 – Alcohol, to***co and eating meat should be abandoned, if any one very need to take wine and meat, one should take meat after 60 yrs and wine after 30 yrs”. Rinpoche also gave teaching on Jam-mon which was composed by Arya Matreya.

After receiving the great Kalachakra teaching from His Holiness the 14th Dalai lama in Ladakh Rinpoche is back to Kinnaur and he presided mantra recitation of Guru Padmasambhava’s mantra OM AH HUNG BENZA GURU PEMA SIDDHI HUNG in Telangi village of Kinnaur from 20th July to 22nd July. During the last day Rinpoche gave Long Life Empowernment to all the devotees.

Rinpoche presided Three days ( 22nd, 23rd and 24th June ) Avalokeshtvara’s mantra (OM MANI PADME HUNG) recitation ceremony in New Monastery at Gyabong village of KINNAUR HIMACHAL. Last day Rinpoche gave long life empowernment to all devotees.

The Avalokiteshvara’s mantra (OM MANI PADME HUM) recitation ceremony of one week in Moorang village has finished today, during the mantra recitation ceremony Rinpoche gave teaching on three middle parts of Shantideva’s A Guide to the Boddhisattva’s way of life (chodjug). In last year Rinpoche gave teaching on first three parts of Shantideva’s A Guide to the Boddhisattva’s way of life (chodjug) and in next year Rinpoche will give teaching on last three parts of Shantideva’s A Guide to the Boddhisattva’s way of life (chodjug). During the teaching Rinpoche emphasized on three points that first we have to think or practice on the meaning of text and if one wants to do devotion then he or she should do devotion on composer of text, no need to do devotion to the one who is giving teaching. Secondly in A Guide to the Boddhisattva’s way of life (chodjug) tolerance is not to bring anger on others and not to harm others by action of body and speech. Third points Rinpoche emphasized few points to Students from different school who was present at the teaching and Rinpoche said on threefold training (ethics, meditation, and wisdom), and at last Rinpoche gave long life empowernment to all devotees.

On this very auspicious day (The day of Birth, Nirvana and Parinirvana of Lord Buddha ) the Avalokiteshvara's mantra (OM MANI PADME HUM) recitation ceremony for one week has started today morning in Dongag Choeling Monastery at Moorang village of kinnaur, in kinnaur history Moorang village is the first place of where Mantra (OM MANI PADME HUM) recitation was held first time before many decades. during the mantra recitation for one week Rinpoche will give teaching on three middle parts of shantideva's A Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life (chodjug), and today morning Rinpoche gave introduction on Motivation and importants of Mantra recitation. Rinpoche emphasized certain points in today’s morning teaching that before doing any activities or taking an action first of all we should take or have one motivation, once we took an action there is no chance to have or take motivation again . we can take or have motivation only one time but we can practice or think again and again of Buddhicitta. Rinpoche also said that mantra recitation is very benefits to accumulates virtues, its not that through money or materials we cannot accumulates virtues but as compare to recite mantra and doing good deeds by your own will be more benefits and more virtues. If we agreed on by using money and materials can benefits to accumulates more virtues then we cannot do this every day, for eg :- if we use Rs 100 in per day then in one month Rs 3000 and if we use Rs 1000 in a per day then in one month Rs 30000, so it is hard and how long we can use money every day to accumulates virtues, but to recite mantra we can do how much we want and one can recite mantra 100 or 10000 times everyday. So mantra recitation is one of the best and easy way to accumulates virtues.

At the invitation from some Indian Society in Bir (Himachal), Rinpoche gave talk on LOVE AND COMPASSION from Buddhist point of view for three days. we are sorry for not able to get Pictures of event.

Rinpoche presided three days mantra recitation of Avalokiteshvara mantra OM MANI PADME HUM at nunnery in kinnaur village Nyichar. In first day Rinpoche gave teaching on refuge practice, second day on four noble truths and third day on Ngowa Monlam (བསྔོ་བ་སྨོན་ལམ་) , in his last day teaching Rinpoche emphasized on avoid action of killing animals, avoid eating meat, and also Rinpoche appreciated youth on their love on animals and avoiding non veg. he remembered devotees that action of killing animals is biggest non virtue among the all Non virtues and he said that the animal who is alive today will not be alive tomorrow because of our meals and this is like death sentence to the animals. He further described that offering animals lives in the name of religion is worst or not rite path and he emphasized people should stop these kinds of offering and faith. Rinpoche also mentioned that this kinds of offering is very less in here (kinnaur) but in whole world still more people doing this kinds of offering, so Rinpoche said that all people should avoid killing animals on three point base, 1 - base on virtue and non virtue, 2 - all beings want happy not suffering, 3 - because of our future youth we should stop killing animals from now and create beautiful environment to our future youth. After his teaching he gave long life empowerment to all the devotees.
