The Field Technician is responsible for providing quality customer service while ensuring that the customer's issues are resolved within the service level agreements of the customer. The technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support including, servicing and repair of equipment, replacement of equipment parts, and conducting equipment maintenance. The technician is also responsible for maintaining assigned inventory and equipment.
The position requires the ability to work a flexible work schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays. The position may require extensive travel within an assigned area. Candidates must provide a valid driver’s license and pass a background/credit check as well as a drug test.
