As we're full swing into the summer season and the 4th of July is upon us, please be ever cautious of our beach flag conditions. Strong rip currents along the Gulf coast have led to numerous rescues and sadly, several, avoidable deaths. NEVER enter the water on double red flags. The Sheriffs office is writing $500 citations if you do.

Here's a perfect example of how to spot a rip tide current. DO NOT enter the water in this "calm looking" area.

Be careful out there. The water is beautiful but can be deceiving at times.

😳 Wow. Rip currents can be seen all over Pensacola Beach in this drone shot by Coastal Local on Monday. 🌊 93 people were pulled from rough surf by lifeguards over the weekend.

The sandpipers don't seem to mind the weather. Have you made Fall Florida plans yet? Beach weather, smaller crowds, what more can you ask for.

Just what we needed!
This property is amazing! Steps from the pool and across the street from the beach. Can not say enough about the property owners. They were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We made memories and met friends! Very kid friendly our 6 year old had the time of her life! Rent this property!
