Makes 20-22 Muffins
Ingredients:
🔸 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
🔸 2 cups sugar
🔸 1 teaspoon baking soda
🔸 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
🔸 1 teaspoon ground ginger
🔸 1 teaspoon salt
🔸 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
🔸 2 eggs
🔸 1 cup canned pumpkin (or more, measure with your heart)
🔸 1/2 cup coconut oil
🔸 4 medium tart apples, peeled and finely diced
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
3. Fold in apples.
4. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
5. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until muffins test done.
6. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Full Moon = releasing what no longer serves
Hunter = preparing for winter
Aries = confident, headstrong, impulsive, passionate
If you’ve been feeling emotional, raw, and intense, this moon is why.
Aries, ever the warrior, wants you to surface your frustration, anger, and other emotions that want to be released so you can set them free. Primal scream or howl at the moon because you do not want to keep this stuff inside as we head into the colder months where we’re inward focused.
Holding on to emotions no longer serving you (which is why the moon is pulling them to the surface) is not going to be beneficial for you. Release them all NOW so that you can make room for what’s in store under the New Moon in Scorpio on Nov 1, focusing on experiencing your emotions (the beneficial ones) fully.
Your worth is not determined by other people, society, or anything else. You are inherently worthy because you are here on this earth in this human form at this time. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise. 💚
The simplest, easiest, and best way to get your head straight and reconnect with yourself and the universe is to just get out into nature. Take a walk, breathe fresh air, touch some trees, listen to the birds or the crunch of the leaves or the scurrying squirrels.

It’s World Mental Health Day and I want you to know some things.
1 in 5 Americans live with a mental health condition. If that’s you, you’re clearly not alone.
There is a distinct connection between our mental health and our physical health. Many mental health concerns are symptoms of inflammation so it’s important, if you experience mental health concerns, to take extra care of your body with clean food and exercise IN ADDITION to getting the help that you need.
There is no shame in mental health issues. The only shame is on those people who consider them weaknesses.
I have been very open and honest about my experience with depression and anxiety and that’s because I always receive a message saying “I needed to hear that” when I share and maybe right now that person is you.
The more honest we are with ourselves and others about mental health issues, the better we are able to get help for, deal with, and recover from them.
And PLEASE if a loved one opens up to you about their mental health issues, be kind and supportive. Even if it doesn’t make sense to you, because it is very real for them.
Repeat this to yourself, over and over. Then, move accordingly 💜
This is your sign to start taking ACTION in creating the life that you want. I get it, I spent many years wishing and dreaming and hoping that my life would turn around without doing what needed to be done to make it happen.
Then I took action. It’s hard. It’s uncomfortable. It can be a lot of change. But, honestly, isn’t that the point?
If you’re tired of where you are and dreaming of a different life, it’s time to TAKE ACTION. It’s your life and it’s waiting for you. No one is coming to save you. You have to do it yourself.
