Just a reminder for owners/tenants.... If you have your windows/patio door open, please ensure that the heat is turned off. Your heat is paid for by everybody within the building.

To the owners/tenants of 75 Hazelglen Drive, our lot is being cleared tomorrow (Feb 22, 2022). Please ensure that your vehicle is moved by 9:00 am.

Just FYI to the owners/tenants of 75 Hazelglen Drive. Someone from across the street at 74 Hazelglen has been caught putting garbage into our garbage bin. This type of action results in an higher garbage costs for us as we pay for our garbage to be picked up.

The board would like to request that owners/tenants who live near a hallway window, please check it to ensure that rain isn't coming in. This will save on the carpets becoming soaked and causing mold/mildew and therefore the cost of replacing the carpet.

Just a reminders to the owners, FY2022 condo fees are due in less than 2 weeks. Please submit your condo fees in the white mailbox in the lobby to avoid a $25 late fee for July 2021.

The laundry is open and the board has given the owners & tenants 1 week where no payments are needed. There is still work being completed, such as painting and fixing the drywall behind the washers.

This is a reminder that only household garbage is to be put into the garbage bin. Anything left beside it or near the recycling bins will result in a $200 fine from the corporation.

It's Air Conditioning season (May to Oct). Check the notices at the doors & mailbox for the fees that are due prior to turning on the air conditioner.

2021 Census is coming in May......

Every dwelling will receive instructions about the census in early May 2021. The easiest way is to complete it online, but like in the past, completing a paper questionnaire or over the phone are also possibilities. The 2021 Census questionnaire will be available online as of May 3, 2021. Completing the online questionnaire is an easy, secure and convenient option that can be used anywhere, anytime.

Just a reminder...if you have a hallway near you or see a hallway/stairway window open, please close it. This will help prevent rain (or snow) from making the carpets wet.

Just a note...if you are taking anything to the dump, please note the base fees are increasing effective April 1, 2021 from $5.00 to $10.00.
