Academia DpIT a fost programul care ne-a împins către dezvoltarea și evoluția noastră, atât ca echipă, cât și pe plan individual. Puși la încercare să dezvoltăm o aplicație functională de la 0, a fost un challenge, nu tot timpul ușor, cu multe ups and downs, dar acum, la final de program, suntem încrezători în munca noastră.

La nivel de echipă, Academia ne-a adus mai aproape, oferindu-ne oportunitatea de a lucra împreună și de a înțelege mai bine abilitățile și punctele noastre tari. Am dezvoltat o comunicare mai eficientă și am învățat să colaborăm în mod sinergic.

Pe plan individual, am avut acces la cursuri care ne-au dezvoltat competențele și ne-au pus în valoare talentele. Am dobândit încredere și am avansat în carierele noastre, datorită cunoștințelor acumulate.
Totodată, mentorii din cadrul Academiei ne-au ghidat și susținut pe drumul nostru profesional.
Academia DplT a fost un catalizator esențial pentru dezvoltarea noastră. Ne-a inspirat să fim cei mai buni in ceea ce facem, atât ca indivizi, cât și ca echipă.

Este o sursă de mândrie să privim înapoi și să vedem cât de mult am crescut datorită acestei experiențe valoroase.
