Hey everyone! Do you want a free personal trainer session??? Then come out to our first event of the semester on February 15th at 1:30 pm at the 1-2-1 Fitness Center! This will be a “Learn To Lift” type of event hosted by personal trainer Daniel Augusto. We will go through common mistakes and how to fix them as well as go over many exercises! Congratulations to Justin Stanko for completing the most reps! Justin completed squat: 315x15, Deadlift: 315x12, Bench: 225x9, Ran 2.5 miles, and did Yoga. What a beast đź‘Źđź’Ş
