I thought about going to see Foreigner, Styx, and John Waite at the CHI Center in Omaha. Tickets weren't bad for the back floor section at $35.50 each making two tickets $71 BUT by the time Ticketmaster adds their fees and taxes those two $71 tickets become $113.15! $42.15 in ADDED FEES! F**k you Ticketmaster.

I wish that I were able to go the ValAir Ballroom on 2/25/24 because the Guinness record for the most guitar amplifiers played through simultaniously might be broken.
80 amps, One Guinness World Record Jon Locker is trying to break the world record for most amps played through at the same time at the Val Air Ballroom this month.

It was my pleasure to run sound for the The Harp Twins and The Volfgang Twins last night in Lake City. Thanks to Pastor Roy for allowing me work with these very talented, funny, and delightful people again.
Fall is here and winter is coming but that's ok. It's no fun driving in the cold and snow or hauling equipment in and out of the cold but it's a perfect time to book your dance for next spring and summer!
Thanks for your patronage over the past 38 years (not counting the 7 years when I was in the band).
Busy time of year! My gig at the beer garden in Lake View for RAGBRAI was fun and went well. Please keep me in mind if you need a DJ or sound system for your wedding or other event. Thanks for your patronage for the last 44 years!

2020 has been a sad year. We've had many weddings cancel or reschedule and have very few weddings booked for 2021 due to uncertainty.
I'm pretty sure that we've all lost acquaintances, friends and family this year not to mention that many have lost jobs and businesses. But we must all keep our heads up and hope for the best but these times have shown that we all must also plan for the worst.
Good luck all for a better 2021!

Tis the season! I have an outdoor wedding this Saturday at a golf course and just got off the phone with the manager and he says.... "We might have to rethink this- we've had a LOT of rain and more is coming." Does anyone have some fishing waders I can borrow?
