Worked out for the first time in what seems like a bazillion years. 40 minutes of cardio.
Just ordered a customized to me "beyond body" book. I took a quiz of personalized questions and it puts together a meal plan targeted to you. I also got the app that has a grocery list that I thought was neat :)
I now work at Planet Fitness specifically so I will not have a reason to not work out. I literally have to go nowhere! Also, today I signed up with our personal trainer and she is going to create a custom workout plan for me. There are still marshmallow eggs in the cupboard, but itta be okay...lol...
