⚡️Bran⚡️ - I like to take mine the first few times snapped into coffee mug to practice so you don't give yourself a bran-bath, you can also snip off the corner and pour into a small glass to start. Put under tongue and hold for 20 seconds. If you don't like the flavor you can add a liquid (chocolate milk/coffee/vanilla almond milk) the energy will come slower if drank and not held in mouth. Early morning - may take a second later on if you like before 3/4 pm.
☕️Plos☕️ - I mix into coffe, tea, or any caffinated beverage. You can also mix it into chocolate almond milk or vanilla milk (any kind) and follow it with a caffeinated drink. (Do not take plain it is Unsweetened think vanilla extract). I prefer to take mine in late morning to early afternoon
✳️Uuth✳️ - snap into my mouth make sure you get it up to your lips before you snap it. (mid day)
😴Zlem😴 - first couple nights use a 1/2 packet of stage 1 (store second 1/2 in fridge for next night) increase to a full pack when ready. I mix in 4-6 oz of any kind of milk (chocolate/vanilla is best) and right before bed.
Stage 1 - Detox - anticipate more 💩💩💩
Stage 2 - Restore - improved gut health
May take all stage 1 first or intermix the box but if possible a full week of detox to start will help you achieve that flat stomach!
