We’ve become conditioned to view the unknown as a scary place – because, in survival, we run from it. But if we can become greater than the body; greater than every element in our outer environment (our 3-D reality), then we can learn to relax into the present moment – and relax into the unknown.
The unknown is where possibility exists. And when we’re in that elegant present moment, our experience of time tends to alter. As we slow our body down, our brain waves also slow down – and that tends to make time seem elongated.
We all can learn how to overcome ourselves – how to slow down our bodies, our brain waves, and our sense of time. When we do, our autonomic nervous system begins to regulate back into order. And, all of a sudden, we have a sense of energy; of euphoria; of freedom, of clarity.
We start feeling more at home; more like ourselves. We forget about all the things we have to do. We forget about what happened yesterday. We stop analyzing and overthinking – which is what we tend to do when we feel threatened; when stress hormones are running high.
When we learn how to find that generous present moment and relax in the unknown – dissociating from our body; our environment; our sense of time … when we disentangle ourselves from the predictable future and the familiar past, we get a reboot in our nervous system.
When we disinvest our attention from our 3-D reality, that's when we enter the unknown. And that’s when the door to creation – that mystical moment – really opens.

When we learn how to allow our body to start to fall asleep, but at the same time keep our brains relaxed and awake, we’ve descended our consciousness into a deeper layer of brain waves called theta.
In this hypnotic state, the door between the conscious and subconscious minds is wide open to information; information we’re not getting from our environment through our senses. Our eyes are closed. We might have music on in the background to block out any auditory distractions. We’re not tasting, smelling, feeling, or touching.
When the world of the senses falls away, we become no body, no one, no thing, no where, in no time.
In theta, we're suggestible to information. And when the information isn't coming from our outer environment, there's only one other place it can come from – the quantum field. That’s because frequency carries information.
When we put all of our attention on frequency in this unified field, a resonance develops between that frequency and our brain. And when we connect, we have a full-on sensory experience – without our senses – that’s more real than anything we’ve experienced in the 3-D world. We move beyond space and time to another dimension. We experience a whole new aspect of ourselves.
