On this project the home owner was looking to construct a gate that would provide a bit more privacy and security than the existing one while adding a touch of curb appeal.

Stone Step Restoration.

The priority for this project was safety.
The high-traffic steps continously detached year over year and became a safety hazard.
After several attempts and various methods to restore the owner sought an alternate method.
To securely fasten these steps we began by completely grinding down the concrete steps and removing any mortar that remained on the bottom of the stones.
We used an admix instead of water to mix the thin-set mortar as it performs better when water is a concern and also gives a stronger bond.
Finally we added grout (which was eroded) to prevent water from being able to seep under the stones.
With safety as a priority and a given budget this was the optimum solution.
Project went well!

Exterior Home Makeover.

A simple, yet effective way to increase curb appeal while protecting the integrity of your driveway & garage doors.

At this property we applied asphalt sealer to protect the driveway while giving it a neat and clean look.

The garage door frames were weathered and a bit tired looking so we applied a fresh coat of black exterior paint by Behr - Marquee.

These small updates make a big difference!

Home Makeover - Garage & Front Door + Bed & Bath

Garage:
For this project we removed and replaced damaged garage door side panels and added caulking to aid in preventing future wear due to pooling water and salt. Both garages then received a fresh coat of exterior paint - Behr Marquee - Exceptional resistance to dirt and fading.

Front Door:
The Front door frames were given a refreshing coat of paint after being sanded and cleaned.
Looks very sharp!

Bedroom and Bath:
Both rooms received a complete paint job - Ceilings, Crown molding, Walls, Trim and doors. All holes were patched and we also added new pot lights and outlets.

Overall this job came out very well!

Concrete Driveway Pressure Wash.

It was a pleasure to offer a Sparkling Curb Makeover to !

We went ahead and pressure washed all concrete surfaces in and around the driveway to gain that extra curb appeal and that great feeling when everything is clean and looking good.

We also removed some mortar from the wall that had been sitting there for years. Awesome!

Exterior Home Makeover

For this project we went ahead and removed all ingrown w**ds and moss within the patio joints, followed by re-applying polymeric sand, and will finally finish off sealing the interlocking with a 'Natural Look' sealer.

Stat tuned for Part 2 to see the final product!

Job: Home Patio Pressure Wash

Problem:
This relatively clean looking interlock patio contained some dirt accumulation and w**d growth between the stones. This patio also suffers from an inadequate amount of polymeric sand between the stones. This is not recommended as it is not aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly can cause the stones to shift out of place over time, which will cost a significant amount to repair.

Solution:
A pressure washer was used to completely remove all of the dirt accumulation and w**ds. This owner opted not to replace the polymeric sand or to have it sealed. This is not recommended due to the risk of the stones shifting out of place over time but their goal was achieved on having a cleaner looking patio within a given budget.

Concrete patio pressure wash.

Problem:
Years of buildup from fallen leaves and dirt stained the entire patio.

Solution:
In this case only a basic pressure wash was needed. No chemicals or special solutions were required, just time and effort.

Take a look at your Concrete patio, if it looks anything like the darker areas it's time for a cleaning!
