Our goal is to provide Civil Air Patrol National Blue Beret attendees the best possible opportunities for training and advancement in leadership. Albans (OoSA) is an organization set up, run, and funded by current and former Berets. One of the goals of our group is to provide funds to deserving 'wannabee' attendees.
