When I train, I like to add the hoodie.. In my garage.. When it's 100 degrees outside!
Why?
It's more than DNA removal.. More than just warming my body up or simply sweating more.. For ME, it's to put myself in as much PAIN I can possibly handle.. It's to push ME to my breaking point & once I get there I keep going... The PAIN is what I'm after.. The PAIN I put my body through, pushes out all of the outside BS that is polluting my mind!
I live with as much pain as anybody else; we all have something that aches in us.. But rather than live with that pain, I use FITNESS as my outlet! It's a form of therapy that gets no credit! •Better than any antidepressant
