All the fuss, wars and arguments over race, gender, belief and for what? Just as sure as there's not just one leaf on a tree or one drop of water in the ocean, we are all here for reason.

Don't let politicians who can't earn your vote on merit and hard work convince you that someone is better or worse than you.

Don't let family, friends or relationships convince you that you don't matter. 💗 You matter every bit as much as they do and their shallow insecurities are their problem.

We're working to find peace and happiness and they're in the corner spewing nonsense and hatred. Too scared to progress, but rather tear everyone else's down. ✋ That's not the way! ➡️ Every tyrant in history used the blame-game and it never made anything better. 🤔

Loving one another, supporting each other and working together is where harmony exists. 🎶 Can you imagine if every drop of water in the ocean was fighting each other? 🌊 What would survive? 😳 When cells in our bodies start warring against each other it's called cancer and if it's not nipped in the bud, the body dies... 😔

Every race is unique, beautiful, special. 🌎 Every woman, man, child - special. 👶 Every tree 🌳 Every leaf 🍃 Every sunrise 🌅 Every sunset 🌇. WHY?
God made every single one of us. 🙌🏽 Anyone telling you to hate that, can't love you cause they don't love themselves. And you ♡ my dear, deserve better than that. ✨🧚🏽‍♀️💖

The back and forth of relationships have us focused on their actions and how they're treating us. Make sure you're not the one putting yourself on the back burner.

I just got in from work? Let me settle in before I start on everyone else's problems. If not, I'm stressed, burnt out and irritated. 😩

Love and value yourself, and others will learn to value you too. • Mom's time is precious. Bestie may need to come where I'm at for a change. • 😉

All this talk about growth is so invigorating! Now, the real question is are you open to it?

Cause we can talk about it all day long, but if we don't let the growth in, what good is it?

We can't keep clinging to our old ways, if we're hoping for better days. Let the fresh air in. Breathe new life into your mind, body and spirit. Those old wounds can't heal if the healing is blocked from getting to it.

It's natural to be protective of things that hurt. We fear letting in something new, when something old has caused such pain. But we have to let go and trust the process.

I'm not saying we should let in any negativity or stupidity or those that feed off of it. All I'm saying is we have to be free of our own insecurities, our own self destructive behavior if we ever hope to move past it.

Look around, be willing to learn, to grow, to be the better you. Cause the new you doesn't deserve being stifled by those same old wounds.
