How the FBI used the post 9/11 atmosphere to implement Dick Cheney's One Percent (1%) Doctrine to target innocent individuals, mostly Muslims, in almost 400 sting operations, entrapping usually gullible or mentally challenged individuals in (T)errorism cases, where they serve long jail sentences, usually in maximum security or "Communication Management Unit" (CMU), that civil libertarians call "Guantanamo North".

In most of those cases, 90%+, the convicted terrorist did not have the money, weapons, training, or even idea of what he is accused of, until the FBI send the undercover informant to bring all that into the lives of those individuals.
