Sabbath greetings, everyone.

It is with great grief and sorrow, we lately learnt the passing of Junior Tep, a UoT 3rd year Civil Engineering student and Kwila Alange, a 1st year architectural engineering student also from UoT.

We the Lagaip Students from UPNG are in this together by sharing the pain with you the fellow intellects of Kandep in Uot.

We sincerely would like to pass our ultimate condolences to respective relatives, friends and family.

To raise such individuals to such level of education isn't easy. The journey for such individuals aren't easy too.
However, death is inevitable and we're all doomed by these passing.

It's a great loss of precious human resources for Kandep and Enga specifically and PNG as whole.

Too young to go too soon.

May their souls RIP.

Laken Lepatu Aigilo is known for his popularity in political space in Enga Province. However, Mr Aigilo is a successful man within his profession. His charismatic leadership with people-oriented traits are admirable. He's one of senior elites of Lagaip and is seen as a paragon and a role model.

Yesterday, UPNG Enga Students were privileged to have him as the Guest of Honor amongst other guests during UPNG Laiagap Students 1st Years' Orientation Program at The University of Papua New Guinea.

Greetings to families and fans of this page.
We were quiet silent to update the progress of this student club so far and we apologise for that.
We'd like to announce and further our gratitude to the parents, guidance and the sponsors for increasing the UPNG Lagaip population with 10 first year students this year.
We oriented them yesterday and it was a different feeling to congratulate them for such a number and their respective victorious journey to pass out into The Premier University of South Pacific- The University of Papua New Guinea.

We hope to welcome more in the coming years.

UPNG Lagaip Student Union (UPNGLSU) - 2023 Fun Day.

UPNGLSU is a student club at University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG). It has been established recently in accords to seperation of Lagaip-Porgera electorate into (Lagaip electorate & Porgera-Paiyala electorate) by PNG NEC.

LSU is keen to announce and looking forward to host its first ever fund day as one of its events for this year.

The purpose is to promote name (Lagaip commmunity at UPNG) and promote educational recreation through sports and funs.

LSU extends its open invitation to all Lagaip members, students, families & friends around POM. Do come by, have some stress free moments and part take in any of the games.

There'll be a sales too. Do come support our Lagaip community here at UPNG.

UPNG LSU Unity Sales

The University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG), Lagaip Student Union (LSU) played a pivotal role in fostering unity among students during the UPNG Unity Sports event by organizing a mini sales and marketing campaign to raise funds.

With a clear objective of promoting unity, LSU members engaged in various sales activities, offering face painting and services to fellow students and supporters.

Our strategic marketing efforts not only helped generate funds for the event but also served as a means to bring people together, fostering a sense of togetherness and solidarity among the UPNG community.

Through our mini sales and marketing initiatives, LSU contributed significantly to the success of the UPNG Unity Sports while embodying the spirit of unity that the event aimed to promote.
