A healthy take on a taco for me tonight & OMG it was amazing grilled fish, some roast sweet potato from last night, avocado & a dressing of no fat Greek yogurt & mint! YUMMM!!! The rest of the fam had chicken burgers! With delicious carbs! Lol.
Has anyone tried Roast Chicken Bread? OMG!! It's amazing cook your chicken on a bed of sourdough bread, butter, fresh herbs & garlic all the juices cook into the bread & your left with a delicious chickeny garlicky yummy bread (if it's a little soggy stick it under the grill at the end)
