Finally managed to wind down from last week. Both myself and Davey (and a plethora of other casualties from rehearsals) were getting over a brutal cold so it was all a bit of a blur tbf 🤦🏻‍♂️ 😂

Last night was incredible. And without everyone supporting the show it genuinely couldn’t have happened.

To have everyone we had on that stage last night still blows my tiny mind. All of a sudden I’m surrounded by musicians I admire not only for their incredible talent, but for their wonderful personalities as well. It’s not often I’m lost for words but I genuinely cannot describe how much it means to me to be able to do this and have the people around me that I do.

My phones been going like a cider drinkers ar****le so apologies as well if I haven’t responded to anyone yet.

I fu***ng love you, and can’t thank you all enough for this. You’re all absolutely amazing ❤️

It’s actually been a total pleasure watching him go from strength to strength, and personally I’m really proud of and the team at getting behind him, and giving him the push to give him a home for his passions. And quite rightly so 🎸⚡️

The insanely angelic voiced will be joining the list of guests with myself and at the show on Sat 25th May.

Niamh genuinely has one of the best voices in the country (Elton John is a fan) and is another one of those rare individuals where music just seems to be the main stay of her genetic makeup. She was originally pinned down and threatened to join both myself and Davey as a guest, but she’s honestly just so good we’ve decided to fling her in the back of a van and drive around fife playing Thin Lizzy classic “The Boys are Back in Town” on repeat until she agreed to open the show herself.

Can’t believe it worked, but here we are. What an absolute legend of a lassie ⚡️

You should check her stuff out, but just don’t do it before you listen to any of mine, as it’ll make my work sound absolutely brutal.

I’ll tell you something, I’ve known Dovv since he was a young lad, and he’s ALWAYS been a proper gentleman. Like he was born for an earlier era where politeness and courtesy comes before ego. He’s been through a fair wee bit here and there, and has still made the time to be supportive of myself as well as others around him.

He’s got some team behind him now and deservedly so, it’s been a personal pleasure of mine to see him more and more self assured and driven as the last few years have passed, and he’s gonna be a force to be reckoned with. Some boy ❤️

Well after the news of a VERY surreal time down London at the o2, I’ve got some further absolutely epic news about the Kirkcaldy double bill with Davey Horne at The Adam Smith Theatre.

National treasure Big Country guitarist, (and one of the nicest guys in rock and roll) Jamie Watson will be our second special guest performer, alongside Happy Mondays / Blitz Vega’s KAV .

This show is fast shaping up to be amazing for the town, having these guys involved with this is just as bewildering to me as it is special.

World renowned rock and rollers that have a special place in my heart for being the amazing humans they are, and a special place already cemented in history for the amazing work they’ve done and continue to do.
