The Ascott Limited at Ascot Racecourse! Last Friday we were invited to a lovely day at the races by our property partner, The Ascott. Here we are with Ascott's own Janice Cardenas (right middle). Thanks for a fab day!

We had a great visit to Pimlico last week to pay a visit to Dolphin Square. Our team got a tour of these fabulous apartments which boast a shopping arcade, spa and The Dolphin Bar & Grill restaurant, a tennis court and croquet lawn on the banks of the River Thames. We also got to hang out with the the Dolphin team and sharpen our detective skills with their very own board game, and, as anyone who's ever met us will know, we can't resist a challenge! Thanks Dolphin Square for a great day.

A massive thank you to Staybridge Suites Birmingham for visiting us today with a bunch of the prettiest goodies we've seen in ages. We loved your presentation and learnt so much. We are looking forward to seeing you again very soon.

..and meanwhile in the sunny Bucks countryside, another group of SilverDoorians and Citybasers were having fun of a different kind! Two teams of SilverDoor and Citybase Apartments cricketers competed in the third annual Sid Bird cricket tournament at Bledlow Ridge Cricket Club. The day was a huge success, and our boys in blue captained by Rob Carrick won the entire event with Jovan Sahota's Citybase team in third. Massive well done all ❤️🏏

The team from Habicus including Grace, Kurtis Emma and Penny had a fantastic trip to Liverpool this week as guests of Staybridge Suites Liverpool Aparthotels Adagio Staycity BridgeStreet Global Hospitality EPIC Apart Hotel and Serviced Apartments and Premier Suites. We saw some beautiful apartments, had a fun packed weekend at Ghetto Golf Liverpool, Gin tasting, and some fabulous food courtesy of The Cosy Club and H1780 Tap & Still. Thank you to all our Liverpool partners who worked so hard to put on such a great fam trip!!

Based on social media, it might seem sometimes that we spend all our time networking, travelling, having fun and eating sweets. However, we do work hard as well and also enjoy some outstanding training, courtesy of our fabulous Training and Development Manager Catherine Tibbs. This month, Cat has been training our teams in London and Lancaster on the impact of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how our policies & procedures have been impacted by the introduction of the new regs.

What a great evening last night with the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers for an evening of networking in the beautiful city of Liverpool. It was good to catch up with all our property partners in such a fantastic city.

Today our operations director and recruitment HR executive have taken time out to attend the Lancashire Skills Summit in Preston. Learning a lot so far.

Yesterday evening was full of drinks, pizza, and games as esa serviced apartments came to visit. Thank you ESA for entertaining us even if it did get a little competitive at times. It’s a big week for us: the final preparations are well & truly underway for our annual party, to be held at our London office this week.
