This is way too up closer and personal, but has to be shared! Got an oily T-zone over here...you can visibly see the excess oil drawn out on my forehead, nose and chin.

Tonight’s mask:

Words of wisdom after having visited with my neurologist yesterday and completing today’s MRI of my brain. This is only something I have shared with close friends and family, but here we go! What does healthy mean to me after being diagnosed with MS seven years ago and IBS when I was 25: making change...changing careers to allow to spend more time with my daughter and friends and family, making choices to eat cleaner foods (Don’t get me wrong, I also take time to occasionally enjoy foods I love, but may not agree with me.), exercise...for those who know me well, it’s never about losing weight, there’s nothing to lose, just so much to gain! Energy! Vitality! This is the best I have felt in many years! I encourage all of you to think of where you are with your health and where you want to be and what healthy means to you. Start big, start small...one consistent positive change will lead to another. Remember the word consistent...you need this to get results!
