Four years ago, I drew up the design for a good friend’s duplex in downtown Glenwood. He entrusted me with the design, landscaping layout and project oversight. Together with Walter’s Construction, Liz Pettit, and Moser Irrigation, we created a project that we’re all proud of. It’s wonderful to see the finishing touches come together and renters move in.

It’s been a pleasure working with the Sterling team on this project for the last three years. The gondola is operational and the project is wrapping up.
