Today marked the end of the first leg of my Transformation journey. Here are the results in the first 30 days:
1. Lost 8.2 pounds (213.7 to 205.5)
2. Average amount of sleep per night is 7 hr. 56 min.
3. More energy

My daily routine just got SO much easier!! Energy is up, stress levels are down, anxiety is gone! Not only am I getting my fruits and veggies in daily but also my daily vitamin and minerals with just two scoops of Zeal a day! Yes, two scoops!!!!!
