Well... Loaves are where I started and loaves are where my heart is. I'll be bringing some different flavours this weekend! Here's some beautiful Olive loaves straight out the oven.

It's been a blooming cold one this week! Thanks to everyone who came and bought some baked treats at the and markets!

I got asked today if any of my goodies were Vegan and I did! 🚨 So, here's the update! So about 4 months ago I decided to start using oat milk as a glaze on my bagels instead of an egg wash. This makes 50% of my bagels Vegan now. Don't get me wrong, a lot of them aren't vegan as they have cheese in them but it's better than what I did before and I'm not turning people away.

I try my best to cater to every dietary requirement. So, stick with me. I have plans for 2024 and I have plans to make this little business get to the next level. With your help we'll get there together 🎈This include new tasty treats to cater for all!

Next week I will be in Tue - Thursday 10.30 - 3! Come get a breakfast stack... THEY ARE EPIC!

Then I will be doing a double whammy in Harrogate next Saturday/Sunday. I will be bringing the savoury hampers if you pre-ordered them. DM me for more details.

It's only taken me about 30 attempts but I think i've finally mastered how to do a Yule log (I had to write this very carefully 😂)

This will be on sale tomorrow and on sale Sunday at in Harrogate.

Hello you loafly lot!

Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who purchased something from Rothwell and yesterday.

It was a cold one and me and might have frost bite 🤣 (thanks again Adele)

Unfortunately, I can't make Kirkstall Abbey today and I am sorry about that. This is due to unforeseen circumstances but I will fix these minor issues and be ready again for next week. A little factory reset is needed.

This picture was taken of Rothwell last night and pretty much sums up an awesome Saturday.

I have some random bagels/cookies if anyone wants to pop round at some point today. Just DM me.

I am open in Tuesday - Thursday 10-3 next week and

Something a little different...

A long time ago my wife's sister got diagnosed with breast cancer. Lucky for us she's a fighter and survived. She did it through true grit and determination. She also had the to help her who really are an unbelievable charity. So, we (my wife and I) decided to raise as much money for the charity who helped save hers and many others lives.

So far we've raised £99k and we hope to break the £100k mark next year. Tickets for our annual event go on sale next Friday and we really hope you can join us.

Also, if you could follow the page, share this to your story and even come along you'd be helping a truly wonderful cause.

It normally sells out quick so grab your tickets asap. The line up will be released very very soon!

First of all, I just want to thank and Adele for running Alwoodley today. The weather wasn't the best and they persevered through it. Also a massive thanks to .moor.market _ & for allowing us to be there. Check out both markets folks! They're great.

Secondly, thank you to all those that purchased some baked goodies this weekend. I appreciate it so much. Taking the leap to do this full time has been and is terrifying. It's constantly in the back of my mind thinking have I done the right thing (touch wood as it has so far and again that's down to all of you, so, thanks).

I put out a story this weekend from because it speaks a lot for independent businesses like my own (I'd say it affects businesses especially at this time of year but in reality it's at all points throughout the year). My message is simple. If you can, please support local businesses, support markets and support friends taking risks starting new businesses. Who knows where it might go...

And finally, get them Christmas orders into me asap, my calendar is filling fast. Come see me next week at Tue-Thur 10.30-3! Next weekend I have a double market day on the Saturday and

What a Sunday!

I am beyond tired and that's because of all of you 🤣.

Thank you to everyone who came to the market in Harrogate today. The weather was great, the people were happy and chatty and the day just flew by.

I'm beyond grateful for your kind purchases and amazing feedback. Also, happy to see the ever growing amount of regulars. Who knew that would be a thing.

Roll on next week where you can find me Tue-Thu 10.30-3 and the Alwoodley Market on Sunday.

The busy season is about to kick in and I am going to be baking more than I have ever done before. So, if you're wanting Xmas orders then drop me a message as I will be most likely bringing them to a market with me. I will be doing hamper style boxes like last year and some new goodies. Just wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone who braved all the different types of weather in Wakefield yesterday! I don't even think I could even keep up with it.

I had an amazing day and just wanted to give a massive shout out to and my fellow stall holders for quickly rescuing my gazebo when it had taken flight.

Soooo...I have some news...

Yesterday I made the decision to hand my notice in at what I always referred to as my main job. It wasn't an easy decision and I have already thought multiple times am I doing the right thing? But, I am about to take a huge leap of faith in myself and my abilities to make my baking dream a full time gig.

I've made some wonderful friends over the last 10 years at my previous job. Some friendships that will last forever. I will miss the camaraderie and group dynamic and will be eternally grateful for the memories.

Most of you already knew I worked three jobs (7 days a week). So by leaving one I'm down to 2 (fast maths 🤣). So this will give me more of an opportunity to concentrate on something I'm very passionate about.

None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for my wife. She's been fantastic in supporting me and kept my feet on the ground. Giving me the time to invest in this business and watch me grow.

I hope you will continue to support me and my business and especially enjoy the products that I create. I'll be honest. I'm terrified. But these are the risks you have to take to fulfil a dream and that's what life is about.

You'll be able to find me in Salute At The White Swan every Tuesday to Thursday 10:30 - 3 or catch me at a market on the weekend.

📋1st week done and here's my honest review;

Massive thank you to everyone who has come down and bought a baked treat. I won't lie, it's been very overwhelming and you really have put me to the test in regards to how much 1 man can bake. I am knackered 😴

But as someone once said "It's only graft, just get on with it and reap the reward." And that's what I intend to do.

I want to say thank you to and all their staff for being so welcoming and I can't wait to be back next week.

I'll be there Tuesday -Thursday 10.30-3 and bringing new baked treats for all of you. So, tell all your friends, families and groups and I hope to see you next week.

I have two stalls Saturday at and on Commercial street in Rothwell. So, if you missed out this week then pop on down.
