What a start to the two weeks of Usher - Yeah, these lot absolutely rocked this fun energetic routine! Well done to everyone who was there!

SOS Selby is getting better and better as the year goes on, the first video is the feel you get in an SOS class up beat, hype and supporting each other no matter whether you know the people in the class or not! All about the good vibes!🤙😎
I can’t wait to start setting up more workshop and keeping going with the weekly classes, Selby is loving SOS!

Here the routines of my first ever Wakefield/Ossett WORKSHOP!

🎼 Rihanna - Rudeboy (Super Bowl live performance)

All the energy, fire, sass and wow factor from all these lovely ladies! 🔥
This workshop had a special place in my heart, as it was the studio that I first went to sos dance classes myself and now to go back as the sos instructor felt amazing!!💕💪😁

Soooo pleased with all the content, the sos lifeskills, routine, photos and catching up with old dancers and welcoming some new dancers too!

Hopefully with more Wakefield workshop to come, so what this space and keep an eye out for them coming up soon!

I’ve super enjoyed teaching this one, not only with it been the Super Bowl RudeBoy performance but especially as the choreography was from who has performed with at their confetti tour!🎊😱

And in support of that this Fridays class we took a photo hugging ourselves because we here at are sharing the love of ourselves, for all the empowerment we encourage through the power of dance!!💃🏽💕

Friday 10th March 2023

International women’s day yesterday but I’m having a full week of it! 💪👑💥

I honestly don’t know what I’d of done if I didn’t find SOS Dance classes 3 years ago and just start going to them in Wakefield with , something for myself to do that was fun, doing something I enjoy and empowering myself as a women!💁‍♀️

I then decided to become an SOS dance instructor for SOS Selby taking my own dance classes in my home town, and last weekend going back to the same studio in Wakefield that I first started going to classes as a dancer but going back as an instructor was so amazing and soooo empowering! I’m just full of self appreciation and love atm.💕

But this weekend is about empowering one of my fellow SOS BOSSES she’s holding a 2 hour dancerthon in Manchester to ‘Beyoncé-Run the world girls’ in-line with international women’s week, and to raise money for such a great cause of supporting communities and young people in Manchester!

I’ve already reached my target donations of £50 but I’d love to be able to raise £100. So please anyone can spear even £2 or £5 doesn’t have to be much every little helps!

I can’t get over it still, so overwhelmed with todays WORKSHOP in Wakefield/Ossett!

These Queens absolutely rocked this routine!! It was such a great workshop and for my first one branching out in wakefield too it was great!
Especially to see who I used to go to her classes but now she came to mine with me as the instructor! Some old queens I used to dance with, and new queens too! Everyone did amazing I’m so proud of each and everyone of you queens today! 👑
